Thinkific and Quick Base are online platforms that can be used by small businesses to save time and money. Through this article, I will be explaining the integration of Quick Base with Thinkific and the benefits of integrating them together.
Thinkific is a platform that allows businesses, including individuals, to create an online course. Thinkific is a project management platform that enables users to launch a course from start to finish. It allows for the creation of a landing page, enabling users to capture leads through their website.
Users have the option of using their own domain name or using a subdomain within Thinkific’s site. It also offers a membership fee per user or a membership fee per course. Users can choose from three different types of pricing plans. free, paid, and paid plus with the option of five different billing cycles.
Thinkific provides a way to monitor activity on their platform. It allows users to monitor participant activity as well as monitor the social media presence. There are also two different ways to allow students to pay for courses. manually or using Stripe.
Thinkific integrates with other “apps” such as Mailchimp, Zapier, Intercom, and many more. With Intercom, it allows for automatic sending of emails to students who cancel their account with Thinkific. It also allows for automatic sending of emails to students who haven’t logged into the course yet.
Quick Base is an application building platform that allows users to create any type of application they want without needing technical skills. It also has a mobile app that can be downloaded and used on an offline computer. The mobile app allows for mobile work on the road without internet access. Quick Base can be used by businesses, nonprofits, and more. It allows for easy transfer of information between applications created within it.
Quick Base can be used by Quick Base developers who can create applications for multiple business or organizations or by users who can use templates provided by Quick Base or even create their own templates. When creating your own templates, there are six different templates to choose from. forms, list, survey, chart, dashboard, and pivot table.
It also lets you export and import data and share the data with others. You can even create new templates based on templates you already created; templates can be shared with others as well as downloaded by others.
The purpose of this section is to explain how Thinkific and Quick Base can integrate together and the benefits of integrating them together. There are several steps invpved in integrating them together which are described below:

Step 1. Integrate the Quick Base platform with the Thinkific platform
The first step in integrating Thinkific and Quick Base together is to integrate the Quick Base platform with the Thinkific platform. First, you need to build a template within Thinkific that will be used for registration form within Quick Base. This can be done by navigating to Templates>New Template>Form> Blank Form. This will create a blank form template within Thinkific that can now be edited. This form will be used as a registration form for students enrpled in courses created through the Thinkific platform.
Next, you need to navigate to Settings > Apps & Integration > Apps & Integration > App Integration> Add New Integration> Pick the App you want to use> Choose Configure Integration> Copy & Paste the code into your website> Save Changes. You will need to do this for each app you want to integrate with Thinkific (i.e., Mailchimp.
Step 2. Integrate student accounts within Quick Base
The next step in integrating Thinkific and Quick Base together is to integrate student accounts within Quick Base so students can register directly through Quick Base using their email address or through linking their accounts through Google or Facebook. If you decide to link their accounts through Google or Facebook, then you will need to link these accounts within Quick Base first instead of linking them within Thinkific first. To link their email addresses within Quick Base, go to Settings > Apps & Integration > Apps & Integration > App Integration> Add New Integration> Choose the App you would like to use> Choose Configure Integration> Copy & Paste URL> Save Changes. Then copy and paste the URL into your website under the form capture tab (see image below. If you decide not to use Google or Facebook then you will need to link their email addresses within Quick Base first instead of linking them within Thinkific first. To link their email addresses within Quick Base go to Settings > Apps & Integration > Apps & Integration > App Integration> Add New Integration> Choose the App you would like to use> Choose Configure Integration> Copy & Paste URL> Save Changes (see image below. Then copy and paste this URL into your website under the form-capture tab (see image above. Once these steps have been completed, students will be able to register directly through Quick Base using their email address or through linking their accounts through Google or Facebook.
