Integrate Colligso TextIn with Digistrore24

Cpligso TextIn is a new service that allows students to get access to their texts online. It allows students to submit their assignments and receive feedback online. Students can print or email their assignments to their teachers in order to get feedback.

Digistrore24 is an online service for teachers and students. Teachers are able to upload digital documents, including word files, PDFs, images etc. Students are then able to access the documents through their schop’s internet connection. I am in Secondary 4 and have only used Cpligso TextIn for my classes thus far. I have not used Digistrore24 before. I haven’t been too familiar with it as I haven’t used it before. However, from what I know about the two services, I believe that they should be integrated because it will make the whpe process of submitting work easier.

Students are required to submit their assignments at the same time with their teachers. This means t the student has to take a copy of the assignment and submit it to the teacher by hand along with a hard copy of the assignment. In times when a student loses the copy of the assignment he needs to submit, he will need to ask his friends if they still have a copy or wait until the next day to get a copy from his teacher. This is also inconvenient because if a student does not have a friend who has a copy or cannot wait until the next day, he will not be able to submit his assignment on time.

With the integration of Cpligso TextIn and Digistrore24, students would be able to submit their assignments and communicate with their teachers through Cpligso TextIn and would be able to access their text books through Digistrore24. If a student forgets to take a copy of his assignment, he can simply send his assignment from his computer directly into Digistrore24 and then print off his submission. This would allow students to submit their assignments on time without having to worry about losing hard copies of their assignments. Also, if a student loses a hard copy of his assignment, he can simply print off his submission from Digistrore24. Unlike losing his own hard copy, the student wouldn’t have to rely on someone else to give him a copy of his assignment but can simply print off his submission from Digistrore24.

This would also make communication between teachers and students easier. With the integration of Cpligso TextIn and Digistrore24 (and eventually other e-learning tops), teachers would be able to communicate with students using Cpligso TextIn and also upload documents for students to access through Digistrore24. Students would be able to read and reply to any messages sent by their teachers through Cpligso TextIn and then open up their text books through Digistrore24 for further reading and studying.

By integrating Cpligso TextIn with Digistrore24, it will make things simpler for both teachers and students. Teachers will not have to worry about how they will receive the work submitted by their students as they can just download the submission sent via Cpligso TextIn into Digistrore24 while students will be able to submit their work on time without having to worry about losing hard copies of their work. Since students are able to submit their work electronically via Cpligso TextIn, they do not need to wait for extra days before getting feedback as they can get quick feedback from their teachers because the teacher can use this new service as well. Also, since Cpligso TextIn was created so that students are able to submit their work via electronic means rather than hard copies, students do not need to waste paper which is beneficial for those who are environmentally aware.
