    Triggers whenever a user enrolls themselves in a course regardless of whether it is a free or paid course. If you add them as an admin, this does not trigger.

  • New Transaction

    Triggers when a student is successfully charged and makes a payment for a sale (including one-time, subscription, or payment plan purchases).For a subscription or a payment plan, there is a new transaction created for every single payment.

    Triggers whenever a new user signs up for your school.

  • Profile Updated

    Triggers whenever a user updates their profile on your school.

  • Subscription Cancelled

    Triggers whenever a user cancels a subscription on your school.

    Create a new user in your Teachable school.This action is only available to schools on the Professional plans and higher.

  • Enroll User in Course

    Enroll a user in a course on your Teachable school. (If the person does not have an account, one will be created and they will then be enrolled.)This action is only available to schools on the Professional plans and higher.

  • Unenroll Student From Course

    Unenroll a student from one of your Teachable courses based on the course itself or a particular pricing option. This action is only available to schools on the Professional plan or higher.

Teachable is an online resource management platform that helps online educators to plan and deliver online courses. It has a wide range of features for managing your online course and many tops and templates for creating and delivering content. Teachable also offers a variety of services, such as sending out automated emails, automatically recording and publishing videos to your students, and much more.

Teachable has a free plan and premium plans starting at $49 per month. You can choose among three pricing tiers. Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. The Basic plan supports unlimited users and courses. The Pro plan allows you to create up to 25 courses with 5 users per course. The Enterprise plan is designed for larger organizations with over 25 users.


Drip is an email marketing top designed for online educators who want to build long-term relationships via email marketing campaigns. It allows you to create automated email campaigns, so you can spend more time developing your content and less time creating campaigns. Drip also allows you to track your campaigns’ effectiveness (opens, clicks, sales, etc.. and analyze the data you cplect.

Drip has a free plan and premium plans starting at $49 per month. The Free plan lets you send up to 100 emails per month with up to 3,000 subscribers. The Starter plan allows you to send up to 2,000 emails per month with 2,000 subscribers. The Advanced plan allows you to send up to 5,000 emails per month with 5,000 subscribers. The Business plan allows you to send up to 10,000 emails per month with 10,000 subscribers. Lastly, the Enterprise plan allows you to send up to 25,000 emails per month with 25,000 subscribers.

Integration of Teachable and Drip

Teachable’s integrated multi-channel content delivery system makes it easy for you to deliver course content via email. This means that you can send your students an email containing a link to your course content hosted on Teachable. Alternatively, if you are using Drip, you can use Drip’s powerful email automation feature to send automated emails directly from your Teachable course. You can even use Teachable’s video player to embed videos in your emails!
