Integration of Sympla and Klaviyo

Sympla, a leading email marketing provider, has been acquired by Klaviyo. Now, Sympla and Klaviyo have been integrated into one platform. It’s a win-win situation for marketers because it provides them with a better way to send emails without much hassle.

The Sympla – Klaviyo integration enables email marketers to create unique segments based on their target audience’s behavior and preferences. This means marketers can do more with less manually. The integration also allows marketers to customize their email templates and send emails in a similar fashion as they would with a CRM, which includes mapping contact’s details into the email template.

Klaviyo

Klaviyo is an email marketing automation platform that helps eCommerce businesses manage their customer data and automate their email marketing campaigns. Klaviyo can be used as a standalone email marketing software or as an ecosystem spution. It connects with other tops such as Marketo, Bigcommerce, Magento, Shopify, and others.

Integration of Sympla and Klaviyo

Nowadays, most companies rely on email marketing to communicate with their customers and prospects. But email marketing can be very time consuming if you do not use the right tops. Many marketers spend hours each week trying to connect their CRM and email marketing platforms. They also spend hours manually creating segments and templates to use throughout their campaigns.

With the Sympla – Klaviyo integration, these tasks will be eliminated. Marketers can now create segments and use templates directly from their CRM without much hassle. For example, if you want to create a segment for loyal customers, all you need to do is to select your contacts and click on the Segment icon on the left side of the screen. From there, you can select the CRM field that will serve as the criteria for your segmentation. You can then choose between various fields such as product category, region, website referrer, and others. When you’re done, Klaviyo will create a custom segment for you and add it to the list of segments in your account. You can then duplicate this segment and edit it to create new variants of the same segment. This saves marketers a lot of time and energy because they don’t need to manually create segments for each campaign.

Another great feature of the integration is the ability to automatically send emails based on your recipient’s behavior. For example, if you want to send an email to all your subscribers who haven’t opened or clicked on your last two newsletters, you can do so by simply setting up an autoresponder sequence in Klaviyo’s A/B testing top using the Segments tab on the left side of the screen. Then, select your contact list and click on the Actions button on the top menu bar. There you will see a drop-down list where you can choose between two options. Send Campaign and Create Sequence. Select Create Sequence and Klaviyo will show you a list of available sequences that you can use to create an autoresponder sequence from scratch or from a template from the library. To choose from a template, click on the Template option in the drop-down list located next to Create Sequence. Klaviyo will then display a list of pre-made templates that you can use in your autoresponder sequence. If you want to make changes to any of these templates, simply click on the template name and Klaviyo will display a description of each field in a pop-up window. You can then change the values of each field in order to make your template unique. Once your done with changing your template, Klaviyo will ask you if you want to use it from now on for all future autoresponder campaigns. Click on yes if you want to use it for future autoresponder campaigns or click on no if you want to save it for later use or discard it altogether. After that, Klaviyo will ask you if you want to start sending out your autoresponder sequence immediately or send it out at a later date when you have time to test it out first. If you choose to send it out immediately, Klaviyo will ask you what percentage of your subscribers should receive this sequence initially (50% or 100%. There are numerous ways you can use this feature for your benefit including sending fplow-up emails after sales, sending welcome emails after initial purchases, sending reminder emails after abandoned carts, etc.

As mentioned above, Sympla – Klaviyo integration allows marketers to customize their email templates directly from their CRM without much hassle. This is another time saving feature that allows marketers to focus more on their creativity rather than wasting time writing code by hand for each campaign. Marketers simply need to select an existing template from their CRM; this will automatically map all relevant fields onto this template so all they need to do is customize fields such as title, body text, button link, etc.. If marketers want to customize specific fields such as buttons or links directly from Klaviyo’s interface instead of using their CRM’s template editor, they can always do so by clicking on any field within an email template and choosing either Customize or Map To CRM option in the drop-down list located next to Create Email Template option under Actions button at the top menu bar. For example, if marketers want to customize the text in button link #1 instead of using the button link #1 provided by one of the pre-made templates in their CRM, they can simply select Customize option in button link #1 within their template editor panel in Klaviyo’s interface. This will allow them to type in any text they want instead of using pre-made text provided by their CRM’s template editor. The same goes for customizing any other field within an email template such as bpding text, inserting hyperlinks, etc.. The only difference between customizing custom fields in Klaviyo versus customizing fields in your CRM’s template editor is that Klaviyo requires marketers to type in codes directly into its interface while their CRM requires them to select pre-made codes from its list of options instead of typing in codes themselves directly into its interface. Nonetheless, both approaches are equally easy regardless of which one you choose when customizing emails based on your needs.

Benefits of Integration of Sympla and Klaviyo

Marketers appreciate Sympla – Klaviyo integration because it allows them to save time when creating segments for each campaign or sequence that they need in order to send targeted emails based on their recipients’ behavior or preferences. This means marketers can spend less time manipulating data and more time working on creative ideas that can help them stand out from their competition and win more leads and sales over their competitors. Another benefit is that marketers can send emails using pre-made templates that don’t require coding experience unlike most email marketing platforms that only provide access to pre-made templates after marketers sign up for paid subscriptions such as $99/month per user plan which has no limit on how many users can be added but no access to pre-made templates until they sign up for higher priced plans such as $149/month per user plan which has access to unlimited users but no pre-made templates unless they pay even more money per user per month. Finally, marketers love this integration because they can write more personalized emails directly from their CRM versus using pre-made templates provided by some other web marketing platforms like Infusionsoft or MailChimp (which still require data manipulation via Excel before using pre-made templates. So far I haven’t seen any other email marketing platform providing such level of customization as Sympla – Klaviyo does without requiring any additional effort from marketers except mapping contacts from your CRM into your email template (which really isn’t such a big deal anyway. For example, companies such as Infusionsoft or MailChimp require additional customization effort from marketers besides just mapping contacts into their CRMs – Infusionsoft requires marketers to select code snippets from its long list of code snippets before using each code snippet selected by a marketer in a given campaign whereas MailChimp requires users to write code snippets manually before being able to send emails based on certain criteria such as recipient behavior or preferences. In addition, these two platforms have limitations regarding the number of code snippets available for marketers which means some code snippets may not be available depending on how many code snippets have already been
