Adobe Sign?

Adobe Sign is a web based digital signature service that enables users to sign any file from anywhere using their smartphone or tablet. Users can automatically receive notifications when a document they need to review or approve has been signed. They can also respond to requests for signatures by email, text message, or within Sympla. Adobe Sign works on iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and the web.

Integration of Sympla and Adobe Sign

Sympla integrates with Adobe Sign to accept electronic signatures for signing contracts online. When an agreement needs to be signed electronically, it is converted into an Adobe PDF form. The form can be sent to the customer who needs to sign it with their smartphone or tablet. Then, they can send it back using Sympla. If there are more than one recipients of an agreement, Adobe Sign will send an email notification to each recipient with the link to the contract. When Adobe Sign receives the signed document, it sends another email notification notifying that the document has been signed by all of the recipients. Lastly, Sympla will create an activity for each new document received and automatically convert it into an electronic version so that users can view and manage it.

Benefits of Integration of Sympla and Adobe Sign

The Sympla integration with Adobe Sign offers numerous benefits to organizations of any size. It allows companies to execute contracts faster without having to print them out. They can now sign contracts online easily with their smartphones or tablets. This integration saves companies money because they do not have to purchase expensive printers or paper.
