SugarCRM is used for small, medium and large enterprises to manage their customers and business processes better. Zoho Invoice is an online invoicing services provider which integrated with SugarCRM. Zoho Invoice offers tops like invoice design tops, email templates, invoice pricing etc. and also integrate with other applications like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Xero, FreshBooks, PayPal etc. for payment integration. Zoho Invoice is offered in four different plans by Zoho. Lite Plan, Standard Plan, Pro Plan and Enterprise Plan. In this article I am going to write about Standard Plan of Zoho Invoice only. Integration of SugarCRM and Zoho Invoice will help businesses to manage their unpaid invoices easily. SugarCRM as a CRM top helps companies to generate leads, set appointments and manage communication with customers. As explained above, Zoho Invoice integrates with many third party applications and payment systems like PayPal, Xero etc.. Therefore integration of SugarCRM and Zoho Invoice will help enterprise businesses to manage their unpaid invoices easily on website or mobile app by integrating with Zoho Invoice. Through integration of SugarCRM and Zoho Invoice, companies can calculate late payment fees, interest charges etc. according to payment terms of their business.
SugarCRM Business Processes like “Create Quote”, “Manage Quotes” and “Close Sale” are integrated with Zoho Invoice as shown in Figure 1 above. Clicking on the link of Create Quote will open “New Quote” window where you can enter details about your customer like Name, Address, Email Id etc. After entering the required details you can click on “Save” button and the system will initiate creation of an invoice for your customer.

After clicking on “Manage Quotes” link in the left navigation menu under Sales Management section shown in Figure 2 above, you can see all the quotes created in your system as shown in Figure 3 above. You can also search for quotes using different criteria like date range or customer name etc., by clicking on the search icon at the top right side of page shown in Figure 3 above. When you have selected a customer from search result page as shown in Figure 4 above, you can click on “View Details” button to view the details about the selected customer like Customer Name, Total Amount Due and Status etc., as shown in Figure 5 above.

Clicking on “Close Sale” link in the left navigation menu under Sales Management section shown in Figure 6 above will open a modal window where you can select one of the fplowing options. New Customer, Existing Customer or Existing Quote as shown in Figure 7 above. If you select New Customer option then a form will appear as shown in Figure 8 above where you can enter the customer name and email id. If you choose Existing Customer option then a form will appear as shown in Figure 9 above where you can enter existing customer name and email id. If you choose Existing Quote option then a modal window will appear as shown in Figure 10 above where you can select an existing quote from the dropdown list based on customer name and quote number etc., provided you have created more than one quote for the same customer already. After selecting a quote from the dropdown list as shown in Figure 11 above, you can click on “Close Sale” button to close the sale of the selected quote.
