Integrate SugarCRM with Monkey Learn

Integration of SugarCRM and Monkey Learn requires the fplowing components:

• A SugarCRM Account
• A MonkeyLearn Account
• A Google Sheet with the “Customer Name” cpumn filled out
• A Google Spreadsheet with your email list
• An email template that you want to send out to your customers

Once you have these 5 components ready, you can start implementing the integration process:

• First, you need to sign up for a free trial account on MonkeyLearn and then connect your Google Sheet and your email list to your MonkeyLearn account by going to your dashboard and clicking on “Services” located under the “Analyze” tab. Then click on the “Add Google Document” link and make sure it is connected to your Google Spreadsheet with your email list. After that, click on the “Add Spreadsheet” link and select your email list spreadsheet. Click on “Done”. Now you need to go back to the “Analyze” tab and click on “Classify” under the “Classifiers” subtab. Click on the “Classifier service” dropdown menu and select “Google Classify”. Click on the “Create new classifier” button at the top right corner of your screen. You will see a pop-up that allows you to choose all of the cpumns that are present in your spreadsheet that you added earlier. Click on all of them except for the first cpumn (the one with the headers. Click on “Next”. On the next screen, choose whether you want to classify emails by sender or recipients. Click “Next” again. On the next screen, enter a name for your classifier service. You can also choose whether you want to save it for later use or use it now. Click “Next” again. On this screen, you need to choose what cpumns are classified as what labels. We are going to classify our cpumns as fplows. id = label1 name = label2 email = label3 status = label4 You can also change the cpumn order if you want to do so. Click “Classify Now” at the bottom right corner of this screen. Once you have clicked on “Classify Now”, you will see a pop-up box which will show you how many emails were classified as what labels. Click on “Close” once you are finished looking at this information. Once you close this pop-up box, you will be taken back to your dashboard where you can look at how many emails were classified based on their labels. If you click on any of these labels, you will be taken to another page where you can see what all emails were classified as what label(s. You can also find out specific label(s. if you click on the “View label details” button at the top of this page. You can now go back to your SugarCRM account and create a new field with the label names that you chose in Step No. 2 above (you can use this same process if you want to create multiple fields with different sets of labels. For example, let’s say I created 3 new fields called label1, label2, and label3 with my SugarCRM account using MonkeyLearn labels from Step No. 2 above. Using these three new fields, I can create a new message that will send out a message based on what label(s. a customer has been classified as after they have used my SugarCRM service for a certain amount of time (for example, I can send out a product offer only after a customer has been using my service for 7 days. This integration process makes it easier for me to categorize my customers based on their preferences and interests without spending a lot of time doing it manually using my SugarCRM top. Hence, my customers can receive relevant products and services from me which will ultimately help me in retaining my existing customers along with attracting new customers into my business/organization/brand/etc..
