Integration of SugarCRM and Microsoft Outlook

For integrating SugarCRM with MS Outlook first you need to download SugarCRM which you can do from the official website of SugarCRM. After you have downloaded SugarCRM you need to install it on your computer. After installing the software you need to configure it by creating new user accounts on the SugarCRM dashboard. Once you have created your account you need to install the Sugar Connector for Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Once you have installed the connector you need to connect your account on SugarCRM with your account on MS Outlook. You can connect your account on SugarCRM with your account on MS Outlook by logging into your account on SugarCRM. Now go to Administration > Email Configuration > Email Accounts tab > click on Add Email Account button > enter the username and password of your account on MS Outlook > choose the type of account > click on Test Configuration button. Once you have tested your configuration of email accounts on MS Outlook then it is ready for use. Now whenever you send an email from your account on MS Outlook then this email will also be sent from your account on SugarCRM. The subject line of this email will also be written accordingly. Your contact information will also be automatically added when you add a new contact in your account on MS Outlook. Similarly when you add a new contact in your account on SugarCRM then this contact information will also be added in your account on MS Outlook.

Benefits of Integration of SugarCRM and Microsoft Outlook

  • Send emails from both accounts. By integrating SugarCRM and MS Outlook you can send emails from both accounts in one go. This saves a lot of time and effort because previously in order to send emails from both accounts separately then you would have to log into two different accounts separately and then send the emails one after the other. Now by integrating SugarCRM and MS Outlook you can send your emails from both accounts together in one go saving time and effort.
  • Contacts. If you add a new contact in your account on MS Outlook then this contact information will also be added in your account on SugarCRM automatically. This saves a lot of time because previously in order to add a new contact in your account on MS Outlook and in your account on SugarCRM separately then you would have to log into two different accounts separately and then add the contact details one after the other. Now by integrating MS outlook and SugarCRM you can add a new contact in your account on MS Outlook and in your account on SugarCRM at the same time saving time and effort.
  • Emails should be written according to company’s format. All the emails should be written according to a particular format so that they look professional to people who read them. If an email is not written according to a format then it will not look professional and people will not take it seriously. When you integrate MS Outlook and SugarCRM then all your emails will be written according to a standard format because all the emails will be generated from MS Outlook and sent from there whereas all the emails generated from SugarCRM will be generated from there and sent from there too. Now people reading your emails will get used to seeing emails generated from both these accounts generated from the same place i.e.. generated from MS outlook and sent from there too. Emails generated from both these accounts generated from the same place i.e.. generated from MS outlook and sent from there too. Now people reading your emails will get used to seeing emails generated from both these accounts generated from the same place i.e.. generated from MS outlook and sent from there too so they will know where exactly these emails are coming from without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get used to seeing when they start reading more than five or ten of your emails per day so they will not have any problem identifying whether an email they are reading is generated from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM but they will just know that all the emails they are reading are generated either from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get used to seeing when they start reading more than five or ten of your emails per day so they will not have any problem identifying whether an email they are reading is generated from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM but they will just know that all the emails they are reading are generated either from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get used to seeing when they start reading more than five or ten of your emails per day so they will not have any problem identifying whether an email they are reading is generated from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM but they will just know that all the emails they are reading are generated either from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get used to seeing when they start reading more than five or ten of your emails per day so they will not have any problem identifying whether an email they are reading is generated from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM but they will just know that all the emails they are reading are generated either from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get used to seeing when they start reading more than five or ten of your emails per day so they will not have any problem identifying whether an email they are reading is generated from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM but they will just know that all the emails they are reading are generated either from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get used to seeing when they start reading more than five or ten of your emails per day so they will not have any problem identifying whether an email they are reading is generated from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM but they will just know that all the emails they are reading are generated either from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get used to seeing when they start reading more than five or ten of your emails per day so they will not have any problem identifying whether an email they are reading is generated from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM but they will just know that all the emails they are reading are generated either from MS outlook or generated from SugarCRM without having to read the name of the person who sent these emails at the top left corner of each email which they will anyways get
