Stripe is a global payment service provider. It was founded by brothers Patrick and John Cplison in 2009. Stripe is located in San Francisco, California.

Office 365 is the cloud-based productivity suite developed by Microsoft. Office 365 consists of the latest versions of the company’s productivity software, including Microsoft Office, Exchange Server, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and more, as well as additional features such as cloud storage and security services.

Stripe supports a wide range of payment types, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, bank transfers and others.

Stripe provides checkouts for over 130 global currencies including $US, $GBP, €EUR and more. Payment processing fees are 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge.

Stripe also provides a separate spution called Atlas. Atlas is an e-commerce platform designed to help internet companies expand internationally, sell across borders, and accept international payments without the cost, complexity or risk of building it on their own. Atlas supports language translations and multi-currency pricing, multi-country shipping, VAT and tax calculations, fulfillment options like dropshipping, and more.

Microsoft has announced that it is integrating Stripe into its Office 365 suite of cloud services for business customers. The integration will allow businesses to accept payments online using Stripe’s platform. The integration will first be available to Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise E3 customers in the coming months.
