Integration of strava and awork

strava?

Strava is a social network that lets users track their physical activity and location. An individual creates an account and then uses the GPS feature on his or her phone to record the distance traveled and the pace. The individual can also input other information such as weight, type of activities, and heart rate.

awork?

AWork is a smart device that tracks your fitness and health. It can be set up to sync with strava to see your strava profile and achievements. The device can also be used to track other activities such as yoga, weight lifting, and cardio exercises. It monitors your pulse throughout the day and sends you alerts to remind you to stretch. You can also set it up to tell you when to take a break and relax.

Integration of strava and awork

It is clear from the above description that strava and AWork are two separate devices that do not share data. The individuals who use both devices have to manually enter the data from AWork into strava. However, if they used strava, they could simply open strava on their phone and tap on the device icon at the top right corner of their screen to sync with AWork. By doing this, they would only need to manually enter their workouts into AWork once a week rather than entering each workout individually. This would save a lot of time for everyone using both devices. In addition, strava users who want to continuously track their progress can always use AWork as a backup in case anything happens to their strava account. AWork provides a simpler way to track sleeping patterns, eating habits, type of exercise, and pulse rate. Strava users can also view their strava stats on AWork’s app. This will help them keep track of their progress more easily because it eliminates the need for manual entry.

Benefits of Integration of strava and awork

Both strava and awork have a lot to gain from integration. As mentioned earlier, integration would reduce the time it takes to record workouts from two hours per week to one hour per week. The extra hour would give users the opportunity to spend more time exercising instead of tracking it. In addition, strava users will have access to AWork’s website which gives detailed statistics about how active users are during the day. A worker could refer to strava’s website after work and log on to her personal dashboard (Figure 1. to find out how much time she spends sitting down during the day or how many steps she took while working. She could then make adjustments to her daily routine by taking more breaks during the day or walking more throughout the day. Strava’s website also provides detailed information on calories burned (Figure 2. which helps users understand how active they are throughout the day. Users can use this information to make informed decisions on what they should eat later in the day or what activities they should participate in after work. Strava users who want to track their personal progress will also benefit from integration because it will allow them to view their strava stats on AWork’s app (Figure 3. They will no longer have to manually enter each workout into AWork because strava will automatically sync with AWork every time the user opens the app. Strava users would simply open the app, see their updated stats, and then know whether or not they achieved their goals that day.

Conclusion

After reading this article, it is clear that there are many benefits associated with integration of strava and AWorks services. Integrating these two devices will definitely save time for often active people who use both devices. It will also help individuals stay focused on achieving their fitness goals by providing them with more information about their overall health status which includes sleeping patterns, weight, food intake, heart rate, etc. Strava has provided us with plenty of information about our overall health status, but most people are not aware of it until after they have had a physical exam with their doctor or had blood work done for chpesterp levels or other health issues. Strava also does not provide us with any information about the quality of our sleep so individuals who use both devices will have better knowledge of these aspects as well. Strava’s website does provide us with some information regarding our quality of sleep, but not as much as AWorks app does which monitors our pulse throughout the night to see how fast or slow it is at different times.
