The program helps writers craft characters, plotlines and settings by providing prompts about the theme of the story, the setting and various characters. Also, StoryChief provides guidance and suggestions for making changes to strengthen a narrative’s structure. Quick Base is an online database top for managing data. It is a cloud-based software. The application allows users to view, edit and analyze their data in a secure environment. Quick Base can be used to manage data such as client information, employee records, inventory and sales transactions. There are over 70 pre-built apps available with Quick Base. These pre-built apps allow users to customize Quick Base to suit their specific work flow needs.
StoryChief integrates with Quick Base by providing a way for users to export content from Quick Base into StoryChief. For example, if a user wants to write a novel based on events recorded in Quick Base, he/she can use StoryChief to import these events into the writer’s storyline.
In order for StoryChief to integrate with Quick Base, both programs must be installed on the same computer. StoryChief integrates with Quick Base by using Google Sheets as an external data source. The Google Sheets add-on integrates Google Sheets with StoryChief Pro and StoryChief Plus. This integration provides users with a way to import data from Quick Base into their story outlines.

For example, you can create an app that cplects data related to your clients or employees. You can also create custom apps that cplect data based on your unique business needs. You can then export this data from Quick Base into your outline within StoryChief Pro or Plus. This process makes it easier for writers to cplect data needed for writing their stories.
This benefit refers specifically to data entered into the My Apps section of Quick Base. When a user enters data into a custom app in My Apps, he/she will see a dropdown menu above the input box. This dropdown menu will have choices that match the data already entered into the app in Quick Base. By selecting one of these choices, the user can quickly select all of the relevant information in one step rather than entering each piece of relevant information manually. This makes it possible for users to enter large amounts of information into StoryChief much more quickly than if they had to type everything in manually (for example, if they were creating a character profile.
