• Log into your Storenvy account and click on “Extensions” at the top right of the screen
• Click on “Manage” next to the Data247 extension
• Enter your Data247 API key in the text box labeled “Data247 API Key”
• Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page
• Go to your store front, click on “View” next to “Page Layout” in your navigation bar, then click on the “Pages” tab
• Click “Edit” next to the page you want to add the Data247 reviews to (it will be in the same tab. Scrpl down until you see “Reviews” in the text boxes on the right side of the screen
• Checkmark “Yes” in the dropdown menu next to “Display Reviews Written by Customers on Your Page” This will automatically show reviews written by Data247 users on your page when it is published (you don’t need to do anything else. If you want to display reviews written by other sites like Trustpilot or Amazon, checkmark “No” instead (you will need to go into Data247 and authorize them manually. To do this, go to Settings > Ratings > Configure Reviews > Authorize Additional Review Sites (you must be logged into Data247. Note that if you want to display reviews written by customers for products not on your storenvy site, you will have to manually enter each review ID on the page under the heading “Review ID(s)”. You can find these on your Data247 dashboard for each product on your storenvy site under the heading “Product Details”.
