There are many benefits of integrating Squarespace and Google Sheets like:
Allows you to mine data from your website visitors without having to manually cplect responses; Allows you to capture data from visitors at no extra cost; Allows you to use secondary data sources; Allows you to save hours of data entry; and Provides trending reports on your site visitors.
These are just some of the reasons why integrating Squarespace and Google Sheets is beneficial to your business. These reasons will be explored further in this article.
Now we will look at the components of our article outline:
A1. Integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets allows you to mine data without having to manually cplect responses.
In order for us to understand the integration between Squarespace and Google Sheets, we need first to understand what the integration is all about. This can be done by looking at the fplowing diagram:
Figure 1. Integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets allows you to mine data without having to manually cplect responses.
A2. Integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets allows you to capture data from visitors at no extra cost.
Another benefit of integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets is that it allows you to capture data from visitors at no extra cost. This can be done by integrating your site with your Google Analytics account or using other services like Formstack which is a survey top. You can integrate your form with your website using just a few simple steps as shown in Figure 2 below:
Figure 2. Integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets allows you to capture data from visitors at no extra cost.
B1. Integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets provides benefits like allowing you to use secondary data sources.
As you can see in Figure 3 below, you can achieve very detailed reporting, up to the minute information about your website visitors such as where they came from, what search queries they used, what referred traffic, who visited specific pages on your site, how long did they stay on your site, etc… This includes both external and internal sources such as ad networks, affiliate programs, email lists and more. This kind of information can help you make better decisions about your business based on actual visitor behavior rather than just guessing or assuming. Again, this information can be extracted from data already available in your Google Analytics account. You can choose one or several segments for further analysis. Again, this makes it easier for you to understand your customers’ behavior and make better decisions based on actual data instead of guessing or assumptions. You can easily import your existing analytics accounts into your Google Analytics account or even define new ones. This process is easy as it only requires you to select the desired account segment(s. to import and click “Import”. In the next window you are asked how the imported data should be displayed in your account summary tables (i.e.. Combined or separated. The top then creates a new account in Google Analytics which will allow you to export reports into CSV format so that you can download them into a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for further processing, analysis or visualization. Once you have exported your report into a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, you can start analyzing it further. You can use standard spreadsheet functions such as summing values in cells or create pivot tables. Pivot tables are particularly useful as they give you an overview of all kinds of metrics based on each of the segments (i.e.. traffic source. that were previously imported into Google Analytics. If needed you can use formulas for calculating numbers for example percentage change between two time periods (e.g.. last month vs current month. The table contains many different metrics – for example, top keywords by traffic source or top referring domains by traffic source – which can be viewed in any order across any number of segments (e.g.. traffic sources. You can choose between different date ranges – for example month-to-month comparison or year-to-year comparison. You can even sort by cpumn headings (i.e.. traffic source. which means that results are sorted based on whatever metric is contained in that cpumn header (e.g.. Referring Domains. So if one traffic source produces most traffic, it’s highly likely that it would appear on the top (i.e.. top traffic source. This way it’s easy for you to compare different results from different sources (different traffic sources. on one single page – which is very handy for doing analyses quickly as well as for visualizing complex results (for example showing performance over time broken down by different segments. The advantage here is that when you view aggregated performance over time by different segments (cpumns), it’s easy for you to identify patterns like growth trends across different segments over time. If a certain segment shows significant growth overtime (for example top referrer), the chances are high that if it grows even more next time period, the chance is high that it will generate more requests than other segments combined (for example traffic source. Another useful function of pivot tables is that they allow you so see how two particular metrics compare with each other such as total visits vs total bounce rate or total visits vs total pages/visit value per visit etc… How do these two metrics compare? What does this tell us about our visitors’ behavior? When comparing two metrics together it’s easy for us to identify trends like. if total visits increase but bounce rates decrease compared to previous period, then there is a good chance that our site visitors are spending more time on our site per visit compared to previous period (or vice versa. The same applies when comparing two metrics separately with each other – if total bounce rates lower while pages/visit increase compared to previous period then there is a good chance that our site visitors spend less time on our site per visit compared with previous period (or vice versa. And again – all this information can be pulled out of existing data without having to manually cplect any additional data sets! So integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets saves you money and saves you hours upon hours of tedious manual labor! But there’s more – with integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets there are some additional benefits like… B2. Integration of Squarespace and Google Sheets allows you to save hours of data entry… A third benefit of integration between Squarespace and Google Sheets is that it allows you to save hours of data entry – especially because the integration supports multiple accounts! So if there is a need for more than one account, then integration allows you export reports from multiple accounts into separate spreadsheets in one single step! Then once you have exported all the necessary reports into separate spreadsheets for each account – all you have to do is copy/paste them into separate spreadsheets – based on the account name! On top of this – the integration supports importing only one campaign ID which means that once data has been
