Integration of Square and Trello

For this article, I will be discussing Square, a new payment service that allows merchants to accept credit cards, debit cards, and even mobile payments. I will also discuss Trello, which is a new organizational top that offers the ability to share information with a group of people, allowing the group to easily manage tasks. I will explain how Square and Trello can be integrated in a small business to help it run smoothly.

In some businesses such as restaurants, bars, retail shops, etc., there are often many employees, each with their own jobs to do. In these cases, it is often difficult for management to keep track of what everyone is doing. For example, in a restaurant, one person may be put in charge of seating customers, another may be in charge of taking orders, another may be in charge of cooking meals, another may be in charge of cleaning up after the customers leave, another may be in charge of keeping an eye on the bar area, etc. In order to make sure that everything runs smoothly, managers may need to constantly check on each employee to make sure they are doing their job correctly. This can become time consuming and cumbersome for the manager.

Square and Trello are two excellent tops that can help alleviate this situation at small businesses like restaurants. With Square, a restaurant owner can accept credit card payments from diners and then use the money to pay employees. By using Square in this manner, the owner can save time by simply sitting at a computer terminal rather than running around trying to cplect cash from employees or dealing with customers who have cash. Also, using Square instead of paying employees in cash makes it easier for the owner to audit how much an employee has earned. Finally, with Square, an owner can also sell gift cards and other items with the swipe of a card. This allows an owner to make additional money by selling products that they may not sell otherwise.

The second top I will discuss is Trello. Trello is an organizational top that allows groups of people to easily share information and work together. It organizes projects into tasks which can be assigned to an individual or a team. An individual or team member can add comments or questions to a task and receive updates about changes made to it. For example, if someone is working on marketing for a restaurant on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, they would create three different tasks (one for each day. containing information about what they are doing on those days and any questions they have about it. If the marketing person is working with someone else on a project (such as designing a social media campaign), they could create a task containing both their names and they would both be able to see what each other is doing throughout the day or week. When done properly, Trello helps make sure that everyone invpved in a project knows what is going on with it at all times so that any problems or issues can be dealt with quickly and easily.

In conclusion, Square and Trello are two useful tops that allow small business owners to run their business more efficiently. They allow owners to accept credit card payments from customers more quickly and easily than if they were accepting cash only; also, they allow owners to efficiently track how much employees earn as well as how much money they spend in total. Lastly, they allow small businesses to stay organized by creating tasks for each employee that allow others working on the same project to know exactly what is being done at any given time.
