SMTP by Connect is a service that enables you to send emails through your website. It also provides an easy way to create an online newsletter, as well as send email notifications to your customers. You can also organize and manage your mailing lists.
Kintone is a flexible business intelligence top that helps you gain insights from various data sources. By integrating SMTP by Connect and Kintone, you'll be able to send email notifications for the new leads generated from the leads list of Kintone. You can also send email notifications to existing leads' email addresses.
In this section, we will be creating a flow that sends an "Email notification" to new leads created from the leads list of Kintone.
Step 1. Create a flow with a trigger of "After a new lead is added."
Step 2. On the left side, click on the drop-down menu near "Send Email" and select "Choose a Service." Then click on SMTP by Connect.
Step 3. In the SMTP by Connect popup, choose the trigger that sends email notifications. In this example, we have chosen "New Lead." After you have done so, click on the blue button that says "Connect with Kintone."
Step 4. In the new popup, choose "New Leads" as the object to send the email notifications to. After that, click on the blue button that says "Connect with Kintone."
Step 5. A new popup with three fields for "Subject," "Message," and "From Address" will appear. Fill in the appropriate information and click on "Save."
