SMTP by Connect is a service that allows sending of email messages via Google Apps. This service allows sending of email messages, as well as invites and reminders, from Google Forms. SMTP by Connect is available to anyone with a Google Apps account and it can be set up in less than five minutes. There are no sign-up fees and there are no contracts. The SMTP by Connect by Google can be integrated with all of the most popular applications and services that allow sending of emails; we will look into this later on. It can also be set up to send out reminders and updates about the status of the tasks assigned to the users of the Google Forms. This is accomplished via Google Drive, which can be connected to Google Forms through the integration of the two applications.
First, we will look at the task management side of the application. The task management side of the application is a feature called Google Tasks, which is an integral part of Google Drive. It allows you to create lists by adding tasks. The user can have as many lists as he wants and he can also have as many tasks as he wants for each list. All of the tasks are stored online in the Google Drive so that they can be accessed from any computer or device that has an Internet connection. The tasks can be organized in fpders by the user, as well as sorted according to date, priority, and status. In addition, the user can share a task list with other users, who can then add or delete tasks from that list.
The tasks that are created in Google Tasks can then be used to update a Google Form. When a user creates a task, he can decide whether he wants it to be associated with a specific Google Form, and if it is associated with a form, he can decide what date and time will mark the completion of the task. In this way, the user will receive automatic notifications regarding the completion of a certain task, as well as reminders about his progress with respect to the task.
In addition to the task management side of the application, there is also an email management side of the application; this provides integration between SMTP by Connect and Google Forms. When using the email management side of SMTP by Connect, there are three different types of integration between Google Forms and SMTP by Connect. First, when you send an email via Google Apps (SMTP by Connect), you can choose to include one or more Google Forms in that email message. This means that instead of sending your email message via your ISP’s mail server, you can send it via one of Google’s respective servers (This is only possible if you use Gmail. Second, when you get an email message from someone else through Google Apps, you may want to reply to that message using your personal or business Google account; however, you may not actually want to use your regular Gmail address when replying to that message. This is because some people get annoyed when they get an answer to their email message from someone other than the sender of that message; however, this problem can be avoided if you use your regular Gmail address to send that reply message through SMTP by Connect rather than just using your regular Gmail address to send that message directly. Third, if you find yourself having to send out multiple email messages on a daily basis, you may want to save some time by creating templates for those messages; in this way, you only have to fill in the blank fields when creating your emails rather than typing out each email individually. To do this, you would need to set up your templates in advance using Google Forms.
The integration between SMTP by Connect and Google Forms provides several advantages for both sides of this integration. For one thing, it allows users who are using Google Apps to send out email messages even if they do not have access to their own domain name or if they do not have their own email server; in addition, it also allows users who are using Gmail to send out email messages without having to type them individually. For another thing, it allows users who are using Google Forms to create templates for their email messages so that they don’t have to type them out each time they want to send an email message.
