How Integration Works

There are three parts to the integration process:

Step 1. Create an API Key in Easyship (click “Settings” > “API Keys”)

Step 2. Go into Settings > Integration > SMTPByConnect (where it says “Connect Account”. > Add New > Create New Key > SMTP By Connect App ID > Copy & paste code into “Your Application’s API Key” box. Make sure it’s not expired! Otherwise, it won’t work! You can find your app ID under “Settings” > “SMTP Setup” > “SMTP Setup 1” > “App Internals” > “App ID”. It should look something like this. “abcdef1234ABCDEF1234abcdef1234” Step 3. Go back into “Settings” > “Integration” > “SMTPByConnect” > “Edit” > Paste in your key. Be sure that it’s pasted correctly! Step 4. Go into Settings > Integration > E-Junkie > Add New > Create New Key > E-Junkie App Id > Copy & paste code into “Your Application’s API Key” box. Make sure it’s not expired! Otherwise, it won’t work! You can find your app ID under “Store Settings” > “API Access Level” and it should look something like this. “abcdef1234ABCDEF1234abcdef1234” Step 5. Go back into “Settings” > “Integration” > “E-Junkie” > Edit > Paste in your key. Be sure that it’s pasted correctly! Step 6. Test Integration! Send an order through E-Junkie and make sure that is synced with Easyship automatically. If it isn’t working, make sure that SMS Email Tracking is enabled under Settings > SMS Email Tracking and is set up correctly (you need a valid phone number and the right permissions. Also make sure that under Settings > Integration > E-Junkie there is an option called “SMS Email Tracking Enabled” that says Yes. If it still doesn’t work after that, contact our support team here. https://www.easyship.com/contact/ Step 7. Congrats! You have successfully integrated SMTP by Connect and Easyship! To add another platform, repeat steps 2-6 above!
