  • You may also want to set up notifications so that all relevant team members are notified as soon as a new support request is posted in the channel. This will keep everyone updated about the requests being made at any given time.
  • Once you have set up Slack integration with WHMCS, you can start using it right away. Just start posting your support tickets in the channel created for your clients/customers and let your support staff handle them accordingly. If you have set up proper notifications then all other team members will be notified when a new request is posted so that they can remain updated about what is happening in the support department.
