Timely by Memory’s task management top can track assigned actions and deadlines. The top can be integrated with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server to integrate tasks and Outlook Tasks lists with the calendar. To integrate Timely by Memory into Skype for Business, fplow these steps:

• On the Settings menu, select “Integrations” option.
• Click on “Add” and search for “Timely by Memory”. Select “Timely by Memory” from the list of available integrations and click Next.
• Select “Add Integration” and then “Next”, if you want to give permission to Timely by Memory to access Skype for Business Account information such as name and email address etc. If you do not wish to give permission then click next and skip step 4 and 5. Otherwise fplow the on-screen instructions to give permission.
• Click “Next”, if you want to allow Timely by Memory to access your Skype for Business account information such as Name and Email Address etc. If you do not wish to give permission then click Next and skip step 5. Otherwise fplow the on-screen instructions to give permission.
• Click “Next” for the next step. In this step you need to enter your Timely by Memory API Key and Secret Key. You will receive these keys from your Timely by Memory Account Administrator after you have signed up for a Timely by Memory account. Enter these keys in their respective field and click Next. Then click Finish. Your integration between Timely by Memory and Skype for Business is now complete.
• To test your integration between Skype for Business and Timely by Memory, go to the Calendar tab in Skype for Business and create a new event under Calendar -> My Calendar -> New Meeting Invitation -> Links -> Add Links->Add Clipboard-> Add Timely by Memory as shown below:
