Skype for Business is a cloud-based communication platform. It was launched by Microsoft in 2015 and was gradually rpled out to users over the period of time. It provides users with a range of features that include but are not limited to the fplowing:

Cloud connectivity across various devices. Skype for Business can be used on several devices such as computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and smartwatches. The only requirement is an internet connection.
