Integration of Siteleaf and Trello

Siteleaf?

Siteleaf is an online web platform that uses Git as the underlying source contrp. You can use Siteleaf to manage your website or blogs. It supports the publishing workflow, provides templates, and has a publishing dashboard.

Trello?

Trello is a free web-based project management system. It is easy to use and it works with most browsers. Trello allows you to organize tasks into boards. It also allows you to create cards for each task, assign members of your team to tasks, attach files to tasks, comment on tasks, move tasks around the board, and more.

Integration of Siteleaf and Trello

Siteleaf and Trello are integrated in the fplowing ways:

  • Creating a website or blog on Trello is easy. You only have to click the “Add” button on the Trello website to create a new card. Then type in your name for the title of the card. The title should be unique and should contain your name, such as http://www.website-name.com/author/your-name/. The URL will be automatically generated by Trello as soon as you save your card. You can also choose whether or not you want to make this card private or public. Once you finish typing everything, only click the “Save” button and you will be able to view your Trello card page.
  • You can then start adding items onto that card by clicking the “Add an Item” button. This will open up a popup window that allows you to add cards, checklists, comments, attachments, and labels. You can also attach files to the card by clicking the “Attached” tab on the bottom right side of the popup window. All you have to do is write the title of the file and click the “upload” button to upload it onto your card. Don’t forget to click the “save” button before exiting out of the popup window.
  • You can communicate with your team members through Trello conversations and comments. If you click on a card and click on the “conversation” tab at the bottom right corner, you will see all the comments from your team members on that particular card. You can respond to those comments by clicking on them. If you click on a comment, it will take you directly to that comment page where you can reply back to it. The same thing applies if you click on a conversation. You will see all the comments from your team members that are included in that conversation thread. You can reply to those comments by clicking on them. If you click on a comment, it will take you directly to that comment page where you can reply back to it.
  • Trello cards contain information about what your team members have been working on or have accomplished so far from their individual Trello accounts from other devices such as their laptops or tablets. On Siteleaf, all you have to do is navigate to your Projects section and click on the card for which you want to go back to Trello and check out what your team members have been doing so far from there. You can then click on their names that appear under their cards to view all their Trello cards from there as well. At that point, you can just go back and forth between both sites whenever you want to check up on what everyone has been doing so far on their individual Trello accounts or projects while using Siteleaf or just simply using Trello without Siteleaf.
