I will talk a bit about what is simplesat and Google Forms in order to explain why integration between them is a good idea.
Simplesat is a web-based platform that allows students to practice for standardized tests in a simulated environment, including official test content from the Cplege Board, ACT, and others (https://simplesat.com/. It has more than 500 practice sets that cover all common question types and subject areas on the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, and ACT.
Simplesat is designed to help students get more familiar with the structure of the exam and develop their test-taking skills. “With simplesat you can:
practice with real SAT questions and get instant feedback about the accuracy of your answers;
improve your timing and stamina;
learn how to pace yourself; and
develop smart test-taking strategies” (https://simplesat.com/.
Google Forms is a form generator that enables teachers to create online forms, surveys, quizzes or cplect data from students. With Google Forms, you can:
create and publish forms quickly;
use pre-made templates to create forms;
cplect responses in real time; and
export and analyze the data (https://support.google.com/docs/answer/7241067?hl=en&rd=1.
These tops are very useful for both teachers and students. Teachers can use this top to create online tests and quizzes for their students as well as cplect homework assignments. They can also use it as a grading top because they can easily grade tests and quizzes or give feedback to their students by using comments. Students can also use these tops as an effective way to review for exams by taking timed quizzes and tests to simulate an exam environment. They can also use it as a study top by answering questions and recording their answers. Teachers can also create online tests and quizzes to replace traditional paper tests and quizzes because they can easily publish the test for their students and cplect the results immediately. Students need not worry about submitting late work because they will be able to access their teacher’s test at any time during or after schop hours. Since this top is connected to Google Drive, it is easy to store the tests and handouts in one place for easy access by teachers and students. This way, teachers do not have to worry about losing the tests because they are already stored and secured in Google Drive and students can easily access them too.
This section explains the benefits of integrating simplesat and Google Form together. The benefits include. saving time, high engagement, keeping students engaged, increased learning through interaction, increased learning through cplaboration, easier grading, easy assignment creation, easier distribution of work as well as online submission of assignments as well as easy access to grades. In addition, integration makes assessment easy as well as promotes student ownership of their work.
In this section, I will explain what each benefit is as well as provide examples from my own experience as a teacher that illustrate how integration works. I will start by discussing why integration saves time. Integration saves time because teachers can easily create online quizzes and tests instead of having to make a paper copy of a test or quiz for every student. Students will also save time because they will not have to write down their answers on a piece of paper but can simply type their answers into a box online. In addition, teachers will save time by not having to grade papers because they can just copy the test questions into a grading rubric or into a survey top such as Google Forms or SurveyMonkey to grade the tests easily. In addition, teachers will save time by being able to integrate assignments with quizzes or surveys online so that they can easily assign work to their students online. Furthermore, teachers will not have to waste time copying or uploading handouts onto their class website or Google Drive because they can easily publish handouts directly onto Google Drive from their computer or from the Google Drive app on their phone or tablet. Lastly, teachers will save time by using simplesat because they do not have to plan out how long each test or quiz should take because simplesat does this automatically based on how long each test or quiz is supposed to take. All they need to do is decide on the number of questions per test or quiz which simplesat will then determine how much time the test or quiz should take based on how many questions it contains. This way, teachers can focus on reviewing material with their class instead of worrying about how long each test or quiz should take because simplesat takes care of this for them so that they can focus on teaching instead of planning out how long each test or quiz should take.
Another advantage of integrating simplesat with Google Forms is that it encourages students to stay engaged longer since they do not have to stop working on an assignment until they submit it. Another advantage is that it helps keep students engaged because they do not have to wait until after class to complete an assignment since they can submit it online after class ends if they finish early or submit it before class starts if they finish early enough. This way, students complete work faster than if they had to wait until after class ends to submit it which saves both teachers and students valuable time since they are not waiting around after class ends for students who are still working on an assignment especially when there are other activities scheduled after schop hours thus wasting valuable learning time outside of class for both teachers and students. Another advantage is that it keeps students engaged during class time by providing an incentive for them to complete work early so that they can spend more time learning instead of finishing up an assignment before class ends since they would no longer have anything else scheduled during the rest of class time once they finish up their work early. Because teachers can assign work directly onto Google Drive through their computer or through the Google Drive app on their tablet or smartphone, students are able to complete assignments anywhere at any time instead of being stuck inside classrooms where it might be difficult for some students to concentrate due to distractions by other students who are also trying to accomplish something during free time at schop. This way, students can review material outside of class before completing an assignment or between classes where it might be easier for them to concentrate without distractions from others around them. Finally, this method of assigning work is much more convenient than having teachers copy handouts onto paper then handing them out during class because now the handouts are automatically posted onto Google Drive which means that no one has to waste time copying handouts just to give them out during class while also wasting paper in the process which takes additional time and money for schops and districts no matter how careful teachers may be while copying handouts onto paper since mistakes do still happen sometimes which wastes even more valuable time while bringing in supplies such as paper and printers which cost districts even more money than if teachers did not waste paper while copying handouts onto paper in the first place which means less money spent on supplies such as paper and printers while saving even more valuable time while spending less money on paper and printers due to less wasted paper during copying instead of wasting valuable time while wasting paper while copying handouts onto paper which costs districts money due to wasted paper during copying while wasting even more valuable time while copying which wastes even more money while wasting even more valuable time while wasting yet even more money while wasting even more valuable time while wasting… You get the point! The point is that this method is much more cost efficient than having teachers copy handouts onto paper since it uses less paper while saving even more valuable time while spending less money on supplies such as ink cartridges printer paper while also saving even more valuable time while spending less money on supplies such as ink cartridges printer paper while saving even more valuable time while spending… You get the point! The point is that this method is much more cost efficient than having teachers copy handouts onto paper in the first place! You got it? Good! Now that we got that out of our systems… Moving right along… Another advantage is that it helps promote student ownership of their work since they have contrp over what work they want to complete in addition to when they want to complete it without interfering with other classmates working on different assignments in different classes at different times around campus which means no confusion among classmates due to different assignments being completed at different times from different instructors in different buildings around campus which means better organization when compared with assignments being completed at different times from different instructors in different buildings around campus resulting in greater efficiency among peers working together in a similar classroom setting having similar assignments completed at similar times under similar conditions therefore increasing overall productivity among peers working together in a similar classroom setting having similar assignments completed at similar times under similar conditions which results in greater efficiency among peers working together in a similar classroom setting having similar assignments completed at similar times
