Shipwire

Shipwire, Inc. is a digital commerce company that provides e-commerce warehousing services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs. in the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. The company offers both drop-ship and Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA. services.

Shipwire’s Drop Ship service gives SMBs the ability to sell on their own websites while still outsourcing fulfillment. SMBs send inventory to Shipwire’s warehouses where it is stored. When an order is placed on one of these merchants’ websites, Shipwire fulfills the order directly from its warehouse without the need for any communication with the merchant. This is known as “drop shipping”.

Shipwire’s Fulfillment By Amazon, or “FBA”, service is designed to give SMBs access to Amazon.com shoppers by selling products on the Amazon platform. Shipwire stores SMB inventory at its warehouses, ships product directly to customers on behalf of SMBs, and manages returns.

Shipwire was founded in San Francisco in 2007. As of 2017, Shipwire is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with multiple offices around the world including San Francisco; London; New York; Chicago; Berlin; Sydney; Dublin; Shanghai; Hong Kong; Singapore; Tokyo; Seoul; and Taipei.
