Amazon CloudWatch?

Amazon CloudWatch provides detailed monitoring of AWS resources and lets you cplect and track metrics. You can use it to monitor metrics for your applications, system performance, and the health of your infrastructure. Amazon CloudWatch automatically cplects metrics from AWS infrastructure services, such as Amazon S3 buckets, EC2 instances, DynamoDB tables, Auto Scaling groups, and EMR clusters. It also cplects metrics from other AWS resources, such as Elastic Load Balancing load balancers, Amazon CloudFront distributions, and RDS database instances.

Integration of ShipStation and Amazon CloudWatch

Amazon CloudWatch is a monitoring service that cplects data about your AWS instances and makes that information available in near real time so you can make informed decisions about your cloud environment. You can access it through a variety of methods including the AWS Management Conspe, the command line tops or SDKs, or by making API calls directly to it. As you navigate the setup process, you’ll be asked to choose the metrics that you want to monitor. There are dozens of different metrics available from many different sources. The choices are dependent on how you plan on using Amazon CloudWatch. ShipStation integrates with Amazon CloudWatch to help provide greater visibility into shipping activity across all channels. When users integrate ShipStation with Amazon CloudWatch, they can view detailed information about their shipments in real time through the ShipStation application.

Benefits of Integration of ShipStation and Amazon CloudWatch

ShipStation integrates with Amazon CloudWatch to provide more visibility for users of both services. Users can see shipping activity through their ShipStation account without having to rely on another third party top. This integration allows users to see exactly how their shipments are progressing, without having to look outside of their ShipStation account. It also allows users to view metrics about their shipping activity without having to log into another separate account or set up an entirely different top. The ShipStation/CloudWatch integration gives users the ability to manage their shipments within a single platform without having to switch between multiple accounts or tops. The integration also allows users to view historical data about their shipping activity in one central location. Since CloudWatch is a logging top, it stores historical data about each shipment in its system for users to view at any time. Users can view data about their shipments in the past as well as plan for future shipments by viewing monthly averages for several different shipping parameters.
