    Inventory management functionality is provided by Zoho Inventory, which is one of the most popular inventory management sputions in India. However, it is not a native integration with ShipRocket. But it can be integrated through Zapier, a powerful automation platform. Through this integration, you can export your products from Zoho Inventory to ShipRocket.

  • Zoho Inventory is a cloud-based inventory management top that tracks the movement of products from receiving to shipping and receiving of those products. It tracks stock levels of products as well as price changes over time. With Zoho Inventory, you can also print barcodes on products for easy identification. You can also create discount coupons on those barcodes to offer discounts to your customers. The product information can also be exported to other platforms, including Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce etc. It also supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese etc.

    Zapier connects two web apps seamlessly in order to automate processes. This integration will allow you to export products from Zoho Inventory to ShipRocket accounts. This integration does not require any technical knowledge or coding skills. You can easily set it up by fplowing steps in this guide. Steps are given below. Step 1. Create an account on Zapier.com If you don’t have an account there, create one by signing up here. Step 2. Create a new Zap After creating an account, go to Zapier’s dashboard and click on ‘Make a Zap!’ button. This will take you to the ‘Make a Zap’ page where you will be able to see all the various apps available for integration under ‘Choose an App’ dropdown menu. You need to select Zoho Inventory in that dropdown menu. Next, you need to select ShipRocket under the ‘Choose a Trigger App’ dropdown menu. This will open up the next step where you need to enter all your credentials for ShipRocket account. Now you need to select the specific action that should happen when the trigger action occurs. For example, you need to select ‘Create New Attribute’ option for this integration. This will open up another step where you need to provide name for this attribute (for example, while sending email. and description (for example, while sending email. The trigger action should be configured like this. Now you need to select ‘Save & Continue’ button. This will take you back to Step 2 page where you need to select Zoho Inventory under the ‘Choose an App’ dropdown menu again. You will also be able to see the options for importing products by selecting the type of data that needs to be imported (for example, product id etc.. This particular integration has been configured like this. Finally, click on ‘Create Zap!’ button at bottom right corner of screen. This will create a new Zap which is now ready for use! Step 3. Test the Zap! To test if it works or not, navigate back into Zapier dashboard and click on your newly created Zap link. On clicking that link, it will direct you into your newly created Zap where once again you can view each of its steps individually as well as edit them by clicking on the pencil icon placed beside each step. It is important that every step should work properly before saving it as completed Zap so that all subsequent actions respond accordingly when triggered by other steps in future! Once done editing/viewing each step individually as well as clicking on Save & Continue button at bottom right corner of screen after checking each step works properly individually or not; now click on Preview & Test button at bottom right corner of screen which will initiate testing process through which Zapier checks if triggers work properly or not! If all goes well without any errors then it means that Zap has been successfully created! Now Zapier has created one more thing named Actions which is located at left side corner of screen just beside your account name (if still it is not visible then simply click on Actions link at top left part of screen. To delete/edit/view all actions associated with your newly created Zap; simply click on Actions link at top left part of screen which will redirect you into Actions list page where Actions associated with your newly created Zap are listed out! And finally click on Done button at bottom right corner of screen (just like previous step!. which will take you back into your newly created Zap where once again you can view each of its steps individually as well as edit them by clicking on the pencil icon placed beside each step
