It has features such as document libraries, discussion boards, calendar, announcements, and forms. SharePoint Server can be used for cplaboration, sharing, and communication. In the field of Project Management, SharePoint can help you to plan and manage your projects. It allows you to create different lists and libraries to store documents. Cloud Firestore?

Cloud Firestore is a NoSQL database that’s built on the flexible data model of Cloud Datastore, but adds scalable offline sync, real-time data replication, serverless functions, and more flexible query capabilities. Cloud Firestore also includes Cloud Functions for Firestore, which run in response to changes in your database. Using Cloud Functions for Firestore, you can build scalable applications that respond quickly to new data. You can use Cloud Functions for Firestore with other Firebase services, such as Cloud Functions for Realtime Database and Cloud Functions for Cloud Storage. You can also use Cloud Functions for Firestore without any other Firebase services. For more information, see Getting Started with Cloud Functions for Firestore.

Integration of SharePoint and Cloud Firestore

SharePoint and Cloud firestore can easily be integrated together through a third-party service called Cloud Firestore Connector for SharePoint Online. This connector has been developed using the REST API of SharePoint Online and Cloud Firestore. The connector is simple to install and configure. All you need to do is provide an email address or phone number. The connector will send an activation code to this provided email address or phone number after which the connector will be automatically configured in your SharePoint site and connected to your Cloud Firestore instance. Once the connector has been activated, you will be able to start creating datasets directly from within SharePoint that are synchronized with your Cloud Firestore instance.

The connector provides a simple interface for adding datasets to your SharePoint site. When you add a dataset to a SharePoint lists or libraries, the table that contains the dataset will be created in your Cloud Firestore instance. This allows you to use all the great features that are available in Cloud Firestore as well as all the other tops that are available in SharePoint Online. If you want to create a dataset manually in the Cloud Firestore Connector interface instead of via the SharePoint UI, just click “Create Table” in the Datasets tab of the connector page and then select “Add Table to SharePoint Site” in the next window.
