ServiceNow is a cloud-based service for IT service management (ITSM. that allows users to automate and orchestrate their IT services. It is able to automate tasks on various devices, including smartphones, printers, network equipment, and virtual servers. The company has offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Trello?

Trello is a web-based project management application that organizes projects into boards. In a board, tasks are represented as cards, which can be organized with labels and checklists. Each card can contain comments, attachments, due dates, or other metadata. Users can move tasks between lists on individual boards to organize them into a prioritized workflow. Trello is available as a web application and as a mobile app for Android and iOS operating systems. Trello offers both free accounts and paid accounts, the latter of which offers additional features including unlimited file uploads, priority support, and more power for administrators.

Integration of ServiceNow and Trello

In the future, it would be possible to integrate ServiceNow and Trello in order to provide additional benefits for organizations using both applications. For example, one could create a card in Trello that represents an incident in ServiceNow. This card could then automatically be moved from list to list in the Trello board based on when the incident is respved or closed.

Similarly, if a new request was submitted in ServiceNow, it could automatically be added to a card in Trello. This card could then be moved through lists based on different statuses in ServiceNow’s incident management system. For example, it could start out as being in “New” status and then move to “Open” after it was assigned to a user or group of users. Then it might move to “In Progress” when the user starts working on the issue, and finally move to “Closed” once the issue is complete. This way, it would be easier for an organization to use both applications together by creating fewer workflows manually.
