Integration of ServiceNow and Instagram Business

The integration of ServiceNow and Instagram Business can be done through the fplowing steps:

Create a ServiceNow account (Step 1)

Sign up for Instagram Business (Step 2)

Verify your Instagram Business account (Step 3)

Configure Instagram Business in ServiceNow (Step 4)

Use Instagram Business in ServiceNow (Step 5)

• Create a ServiceNow Account (Step 1)

A ServiceNow account can be created effortlessly by visiting https://www.servicenow.com/ and clicking Sign Up. Next, enter an email address, username, password, country, time zone, and your industry. Finally, click Create New User and you have successfully created an account.

• Sign up for Instagram Business (Step 2)

To sign up for Instagram Business, head over to https://business.instagram.com/ and click Get Started. Enter your email address and create a password to complete the signup process. If requested, verify your business by entering your D-U-N-S Number. You can get it from Dun & Bradstreet at http://dnb.com/us/dnb-online-global/DNBEnterpriseSearch.aspx . Once verified, you will be able to start using Instagram Business!

• Verify Your Instagram Business Account (Step 3)

After signing up for Instagram Business, you must verify your Instagram profile by providing business information such as name, address, website URL, opening hours, store location, etc. To do this, go to https://business.instagram.com/tops/profile/ and click Edit Profile Info. Fill out the required fields and click Save Changes when finished. Your profile will now be verified!

• Configure Instagram Business in ServiceNow (Step 4)

Once you have created an Instagram Business account and verified your profile in ServiceNow, you are ready to configure it. To do so, head over to https://business.instagram.com/tops/apps/ and click Add a Business App. On the pop-up window that appears, click the Add button at the bottom right corner of the screen. You will now be directed to a page with three options. Instagram Direct, Instagram Stories, and Instagram Business Tops. Select Instagram Business Tops and click Download Now. Fplow the instructions on the next screen to install the app on your Android or iOS device. When you are done installing the app on your device, go back to the My Apps page by clicking My Apps at the top of your screen or going to https://business.instagram.com/tops/apps/. On the screen that appears, select Instagram Business Tops once again and fplow the onscreen instructions to connect your device to your Instagram Business account in ServiceNow. Press Connect after you are directed to the screen below and fplow the instructions to finish connecting your device to your Instagram Business account in ServiceNow. Once your device has been connected to your Instagram Business account in ServiceNow, you will be asked if you would like to connect it to a specific user account or all accounts in ServiceNow. Select an option depending on which group of users you would like to send direct messages or post photos from directly from their devices that are connected to your Instagram Business account in ServiceNow. Now that your device is connected to both ServicesNow and Instagram Business accounts, you can start posting photos from your devices directly into Instagram!
