The Basic license allows 1 agent or technician to work with the software at one time. The Professional License allows up to 6 agents or technicians to work with the software at one time. The Enterprise License allows up to 50 agents or technicians to work with the software at one time.
Cloud Hosted comes in two deployment models. Public Cloud and Private Cloud. Public Cloud deployment is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS. As-A-Service comes in two deployment models. SaaS Deployment Model and Private Cloud Deployment Model. Private Cloud Deployment Model also provides access to ServiceNow through the Internet using a browser or mobile device but requires purchasing licenses upfront from a hardware vendor or through a cloud service provider.
