SendinBlue is a cloud-based email service provider based in France. The company was founded in 2011 which is a subsidiary of the company Ingenico. It provides web-based services for managing digital marketing campaigns. It was developed by Ingenico as a response to MailChimp and other email service providers.
Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management system which is web-based. It is the flagship product of Zoho, an Indian software company. Zoho has more than 75 products which are available on its website. These products are divided into three categories. productivity, business apps, and cplaboration.
The Zoho CRM platform has five major components. Salesforce, Campaigns, Contacts, Marketing Automation, and Documents. The platform offers online cplaboration for creating tasks, projects, or appointments with other staff members within an organization.
Integration of Sendinblue and Zoho CRM can be done in various methods; one of them is integrating through API. This method requires that the developer must have knowledge of both Sendinblue and Zoho CRM to create an integration between these two cloud-based email marketing systems. This integration helps you to send emails using both Sendinblue and Zoho CRM without any issue. You can integrate Sendinblue and Zoho CRM by creating an email template in SendinBlue and then sending it to your contact list in Zoho CRM. After creating email template in SendinBlue, you need to attach it to the contact record in Zoho CRM. To access this feature, click on the menu icon at the top of the page. Then select “Email Templates” option under the “Email” section. Here, you can see all the email templates created in previous steps.
Once you have identified the email template that you want to use, click the “Attach” button below it. This will automatically attach the template to the contact record in Zoho CRM. After attaching an email template to the contact record, you can send it to your clientele by clicking on the “Send” button on the top right corner of this page. It will send this email template to your client list immediately after clicking on the “Send” button.
Another way to integrate SendinBlue and Zoho CRM is through Add-ons. Add-ons are available for free for everyone who has a subscription plan with either SendinBlue or Zoho CRM. If you already have a SendinBlue account but don’t have the addon yet, simply go to “Account Settings” > “Add-Ons” view. Then click “Install” next to the desired add-on under “Available Marketplace Add-Ons” view. After installation finishes, select your add-on from the drop down list under “Manage Cloud Connectors” view in your account settings view. You can then add a new connector by clicking on the add button next to the add-ons section in your add-ons view in your account settings view. Select either “Zoho CRM” or “Zoho Projects” from the drop down list under the “Zoho” section in this view. You will then be asked to enter a connection name for this add-on. After filling in a name here, click “Connect” button next to it. This will start connecting your SendInBlue account with your Zoho account. If you have already connected them before then you only need to go back to your add-ons view and select your desired add-on from the drop down list under “Manage Cloud Connectors” view in your account setting view. After selecting your add-on from this list, select “Update” button next to it so that you can connect your accounts again. Once connected with Zoho CRM or Zoho Projects, you can use their features in your SendInBlue account such as creating campaigns by importing contacts from your Zoho account or vice versa using import contacts from SendInBlue to create campaigns in your Zoho account.
