Integration of Sendinblue and Deskpro

Email has been the most common method of communication for businesses since the beginning of the Internet. However, this communication method has some shortcomings. It is not a very efficient way to communicate with customers and other employees, because it takes too much time and effort to create an email message. During this process, you need to open your email, write the content, address it to the recipient and send it. Sendinblue is a cloud-based email marketing service that allows you to send newsletters to your subscribers in just a few minutes. You do not need to open your email account, as Sendinblue will create and send the message on your behalf. You can then see how many users read your newsletter, forward it or delete it.

To integrate Sendinblue and Deskpro, start by logging into Deskpro and go to the Settings tab. Click Integrations on the left menu and select SendinBlue from the list of integrations on the right.

Enter the email address of your Sendinblue account (the one you use for sending campaigns. In the next step, select the Sendinblue plan (Free or Pro. that you would like to integrate with Deskpro. Also, enter your Sendinblue API key in the appropriate field. This key will allow Deskpro to communicate with your Sendinblue account via their API.

Your Sendinblue account is now connected with Deskpro, but you still need to enable the integration within Sendinblue. Go to your dashboard, click Marketing -> Integrations -> Integrations on the left menu, and then click the Enable button under SendinBlue Integration.

When done correctly, Deskpro will receive all of your Sendinblue campaigns in real time. These campaigns are then available in the Campaigns tab of your Deskpro account. You can add them to a template and send them right away as part of a mailing campaign or any other activity.

Integration of Deskpro and Sendinblue allows you to organize messaging between team members easily. Deskpro groups all relevant contacts by project, including customers, which means that all team members know who they are communicating with at any given moment. You can create tasks for each other and assign them directly from within Deskpro to keep everyone on the same page at all times without unnecessary emails.
