To integrate Sendinblue and Deskpro, start by logging into Deskpro and go to the Settings tab. Click Integrations on the left menu and select SendinBlue from the list of integrations on the right.
Enter the email address of your Sendinblue account (the one you use for sending campaigns. In the next step, select the Sendinblue plan (Free or Pro. that you would like to integrate with Deskpro. Also, enter your Sendinblue API key in the appropriate field. This key will allow Deskpro to communicate with your Sendinblue account via their API.
Your Sendinblue account is now connected with Deskpro, but you still need to enable the integration within Sendinblue. Go to your dashboard, click Marketing -> Integrations -> Integrations on the left menu, and then click the Enable button under SendinBlue Integration.
When done correctly, Deskpro will receive all of your Sendinblue campaigns in real time. These campaigns are then available in the Campaigns tab of your Deskpro account. You can add them to a template and send them right away as part of a mailing campaign or any other activity.
