A thesis statement should also be interesting to read and should compel the reader to read further without sounding too biased or opinionated. In addition, a thesis statement should be relevant to your audience. At this point, we need to go to our outline and add some more details in our outline. We will start with the title, "An Outline for Our Essay." After that, we will add more details such as what our article is about, why it is important to write such an article and how we are going to proceed with the article in terms of research, etc. This way, our outline will look like this:

Introduction. A general introduction to our article including a thesis statement and an overview of what we are going to discuss in our article. I will also introduce both companies (SendFox and Customerly. and state what each company does. Also, I will give general information about integration. I will also include some background information about SendFox and Customerly.

Body. Presentation of both companies and general information about integration and its benefits. Most importantly, I will provide my opinion on integration. Moreover, I will provide specific information on integration using both real-life examples and statistics. Finally, I will provide my opinion on whether integration is a good idea or not. I will also give my own conclusions on integration based on all data provided throughout the body of my article.
