The integration of Salesmate.io and Asana will allow salespeople to better organize their tasks and to access their sales activity in one place. The integration will also allow the salespeople to enter all of their data into one system.

There are two ways in which Salesmate.io and Asana can be integrated. Salesmate.io can connect to Asana to pull data from it or Asana can connect to Salesmate.io to get data from it. (We will consider both options.)

  • Salesmate.io can connect to Asana to pull data from it - This way, Salesmate.io can pull the data from the Asana system and integrate it into its own system. For example, if a salesperson enters a new task into Salesmate (or creates a new task in Salesmate), then this task should be added into the Asana system. This way, when someone views the task in Asana, he or she can see when it was created, who created it, etc.
  • Asana can connect to Salesmate.io to get data from it - In this case, Asana can add a connector for Salesmate into its own system so that data from Salesmate is automatically sent into the Asana system. If a salesperson enters a new task into Salesmate, then this task should automatically be added into the Asana system as well. Then, in the Asana system, a person can view all tasks in one place even if they were created in different programs.

In either case, a person who is using only one of these two systems will see tasks from both systems in one place. This way, a person using Salesmate can see tasks from Asana and vice versa. It is true that a person who uses only one program does not have access to all information about a particular task, but that's fine because he or she will still be able to see the status of that task and other things related to it.

Benefits of Integration of Salesmate.io and Asana

There are several benefits of integrating Salesmate.io and Asana:

  • People can view all of their sales data in one place - There are many tops that salespeople use to organize their sales activity, but they may not all be compatible with each other or may not be compatible with all platforms used by salespeople.
