    Salesforce operates sales force automation software called Sales Cloud, service cloud, social and mobile cloud called Salesforce1, marketing cloud, commerce cloud, analytics cloud and media and advertising cloud. In 2015, the company launched its first artificial intelligence platform called Einstein.

  • Zoho is an Internet-based software company based in Chennai, India specializing in web applications offered via subscription-based online services. Zoho also develops desktop and mobile apps aimed at small businesses.[6] Zoho offers free-of-charge applications such as Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet and Zoho ShowTime. The company also provides paid applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and Zoho Campaigns. Zoho also offers other enterprise products such as Zoho Creator for Enterprise, MailPlus for Enterprise etc.

    In September 2000, Ramanujam Sridharan started Zoho Corporation as an internet based software company in Chennai, India.
