Salesforce is an enterprise cloud computing company. It develops and markets a customer relationship management (CRM. application called Sales Cloud, with which companies can track and manage leads, contacts, opportunity, accounts, and sales. The product integrates with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Google, Oracle, SAP and other applications. In March 2014, Salesforce launched the Salesforce1 Platform.

Miro?

Miro is a free video player application that allows users to stream, download, or record videos from the Internet. It includes support for several formats and codecs out of the box, including Flash Video (FLV), MKV, MP4, Ogg Video, WebM, WMV, Real Media (RMVB), QuickTime (MOV), Google’s VP8, and OGG Vorbis Audio. Users can also add their own file formats by installing plugins. In addition to video playback, Miro supports a number of additional features, such as audio-only playback and streaming from a number of well known sites. Miro also allows users to view the videos on their TV using Google TV or XBMC.

Integration of Salesforce and Miro

To integrate Salesforce with Miro, you need to install Salesforce Sales Cloud connector. Then Salesforce will automatically pull down data into Miro. You will be able to see your contacts in the People tab in Miro. Also you will see your opportunities in the Opportunities tab in Miro. In Opportunities tab you will be able to see opportunities organized by stage as well as opportunity details like its value, probability of closing and more. All of this information will update automatically so you can always be up to date about your sales opportunities. Product portfpio will also be available in the Products tab in Miro, so you can easily find the right product at the right time while talking to a customer. You can add custom fields on Opportunity Stage Name field on Opportunity Stage Name & Custom field tab on related list page for Opportunity object. You can fill these custom fields from Opportunity Lookup field of Contact object. With this custom field you will be able to see opportunity stage name from Contact details page. This helps your sales team keep track of opportunities status and communicate with customer regarding the same quickly and easily. You can add custom fields on Opportunity Stage Name field on Opportunity Stage Name & Custom field tab on related list page for Opportunity object. You can fill these custom fields from Contact Lookup field of Account object. With this custom field you will be able to see opportunity stage name from Account details page. This helps your sales team keep track of opportunities status and communicate with customer regarding the same quickly and easily.
