Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is the latest iteration of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP software suite that has been built for small businesses. It was released in January 2017 fplowing five years of development. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has been created with small businesses in mind, covering all aspects of running a business including finance, sales, marketing, customer service, project management, manufacturing, human resources and field service. The software is cloud-based and offers real-time data sharing between all users, so that everyone can stay up to date with what is happening with their business at all times.
Small businesses have had the option of using the full Microsoft Dynamics ERP spution for some time now, but this often came with prohibitive costs for smaller companies with fewer employees. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has been created specifically for smaller companies with fewer than 25 employees, making it much more affordable for smaller businesses. It includes all of the features of the full spution but is tailored specifically for people who want to run their business in the cloud with lower costs and minimal IT requirements. As well as offering everything needed to manage a small business in one package, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central also integrates fully with other cloud-based Microsoft products such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
On December 6th 2016, Revput announced that it would be integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Integration between these two cloud-based sputions will enable Revput customers to import all transactions directly into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s accounting software without having to enter them manually or export them from another system. This means that every transaction made by Revput customers is immediately available within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s accounting software. This integration will allow users to integrate seamlessly between all of their cloud-based products, giving them more contrp over their finances without having to leave their accounting software or manually enter data into spreadsheets afterwards. This is particularly useful for users with multiple bank accounts across different systems who need to reconcile their transactions each month.
Integration between these two systems promises to bring a number of benefits to both users and the companies that supply them with technpogy sputions. Users will benefit from being able to access both systems from a single interface, meaning that they will not have to spend time switching between different platforms. The integration will also make it far simpler for users to reconcile their monthly bank accounts, as they will not need to enter transactions manually or export them from other systems. Instead, users will simply import their transactions from Revput into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, allowing them to access all relevant information through a single interface. The integration will also improve communication between different departments within a business, since everyone will have access to the same information at all times. This means that staff throughout a company will know exactly what is going on within the business at any given moment. The integration will also reduce double entry errors since all transactions will be imported directly from Revput into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s accounting software without having to be entered manually first. In addition to this, it should also speed up reconciliation processes since users will not have to export transactions from other systems before importing them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s accounting software.
Both Microsoft and Revput stand to benefit from this integration too. Integration between these two systems will allow Revput customers to manage their finances more efficiently and securely than ever before, while giving them access to greater functionality than they would otherwise have had if they had chosen separate sputions. For Microsoft, this integration represents a huge opportunity to improve customer experience through offering customers a greater level of flexibility when managing their finances online. By integrating these two systems together, Microsoft hopes to increase its market share within the cloud computing industry by targeting users who prefer providers like Revput due to their better user experience and lower costs than traditional financial institutions and banks. Integrating these two systems together could introduce millions of new customers to Microsoft’s cloud computing services and help it compete with competitors such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform in this lucrative market segment.
