Cisco® Webex Meetings integrates with Revput to make payments for group video calls easier for businesses. Users can send money to hosts to pay for video calls over the Internet. After receiving money via Revput, hosts can distribute it to other participants who failed to pay for calls. They can also use the money to buy food or drinks during the video call.
Revput makes it easy to pay for video calls over the internet. The integration of Revput into Cisco® Webex Meetings lets users send money to their hosts without disclosing bank account numbers or credit card numbers. The integration also allows hosts to distribute payments to other participants who failed to pay for calls. The process of setting up payments for group video calls with Revput is explained below:
Step 1. Create an Account
Prior to using Revput feature, you must create a Revput account by downloading the mobile app and entering your personal details. After creating an account, you can then link your Revput account to Cisco® Webex Meetings account. To do so:
Step 2. Link Accounts
Go to “Cisco® Webex Meetings Account” under “My Profile” menu and click “Link Accounts” button as shown in Figure 1. Choose “Revput” as the account type and enter your Revput account credentials as shown in Figure 2. Be sure to use the same username and password for both accounts as shown in Figure 3. Once you have entered your credentials successfully, you will be able to see your Revput balance as shown in Figure 4. You can then start sending or receiving money through your Revput account as described below:
