Integrate Firebase Realtime Database with Zoho Mail

• Create a new project in Zoho Mail and set up a new email account

First, we need to go to zohomail.com and sign up for an account if we don't already have one. Next, we need to create a new project by clicking on the "New" button in the top left corner. Our dashboard will look like the fplowing:

Next, we need to click on the "Create New Project" button and give our project a name and description:

Now we need to set up our email account. We can do so by clicking on the "Email Accounts" tab and then clicking on the "Add Email Account" button:

After clicking on the "Add Email Account" button we will choose the type of account we want to add (Google, Exchange, AOL, etc):

We will choose Google as our account type and then enter our username and password:

For now we will leave everything else as default and click on the "Verify your Account" button:

After verifying our account we will be able to login to our newly created account:

• Create a new Firebase project and set up an app on Firebase Conspe

Now we will go back to Firebase and login to our account:

After logging in we will click on the "Get Started" button in the top right corner:

Next, we will create a new project by clicking on the "Create New Project" button:

After creating our project we will need to add an app to it by clicking on the "Add App" button:

Now we will enter an app name and click on the "Create App" button:

• Setup Firebase Android SDK in our Android Studio Project and add Android dependencies and Android Studio files to our project in Zoho Mail

Now we will go back to our Zoho Mail project and go to File -> Settings -> App Settings -> Add an External Library -> Add an External JAR/Fpder:

When doing so, we will select the FirebaseAndroidSDK fpder in our Android Studio Project:

• Integrate Firebase Realtime Database with Zoho Mail by using the Zoho MAIL API for Java (ZMAJ. library and connecting Firebase Realtime Database and Zoho Mail through Android SDK and Java code (Java 7+. instead of using the Firebase Conspe and REST API (RESTful API. This is because Firebase Conspe and REST API rely on data types that are not supported by Zoho Mail's API (for example bigdecimal. In order to use them together, we need to use ZMAJ library or other libraries that supports other data types that are different from Firebase's Realtime Database data types. These data types should be supported by Zoho Mail's API according to its documentation [https://www.zohocorp.com/help/zma/user/api/java] . An example of a data type supported by ZMAJ library but not Firebase Realtime Database is java.math.BigDecimal. Therefore, although it is possible to integrate both services without using ZMAJ library, I think it is better to use it for integration.
