QuickBooks Online (QBO. is a software developed by Intuit for accounting functions. It was launched on the market in 2006. In 2007, it was rebranded as Intuit Online Accounting. It was formerly known as QuickBooks Web Connector and QuickBooks Internet Payrpl. The software is available for accessing on the Internet. An accountant can log in via any computer provided that it has Internet connection and web browser. Through this software, accountants can manage their business records from anywhere. They can track accounting information and keep their business running smoothly. The software is designed to work with all types of businesses including spe proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs), corporations, and not-for-profit organizations.

SugarCRM is a software for customer relationship management (CRM. It was originally called Sugar Open Source CRM. It was developed by Larry Augustin in 2004. It is an open source software for managing customer contacts, leads, sales, marketing, service, support, and other activities related to customers. There are over thirteen million users for this software. A large number of small and medium enterprises use this software for managing their contacts with potential and existing customers. It is used for cplecting and storing customer information such as email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, etc., and making note of their interests, budgets, lead times, etc. This allows one to personalize the products or services according to customers’ requirements. A business owner can manage several aspects of his or her business through SugarCRM such as sales, marketing, support, and so on. SugarCRM is compatible with other software products such as QuickBooks Online, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and Zoho CRM. This integration allows one to have access to information about customers from different sources.

Integration of QuickBooks Online and SugarCRM

There are two ways in which QuickBooks Online and SugarCRM can be integrated. 1. the first one is when QuickBooks Online is installed on a server and SugarCRM is then installed on a web browser; 2. the second one is when both of them are installed on same server. Integration of QuickBooks Online and SugarCRM increases efficiency and productivity of an accountant’s work because he or she can use both of them together on a single screen. Accountants can view the information from both of them at once without switching between different screens or applications. This integration also helps them save time. When an accountant is working on one system and needs information from another system, he or she has to switch between screens or applications. The integration does not mean that both of these systems share the same database or that one system automatically updates the information in other system when there is an update in either of them. It means that one can view the integrated information from both of these systems together on a single screen or dashboard without logging into two separate screens or applications simultaneously. The benefit of integrating QuickBooks Online and SugarCRM is that they do not share the same database because some companies may have sensitive financial data that they do not want others to see unless they have special permission to access it. For example, some companies may not have their financial data integrated with other systems because they do not want others to see their financial data if they are not authorized to do so by the company’s management team.
