  • The integration between QuickBooks Online and Gravity Forms allows you to create beautiful forms that users will fill out and then submit directly into QuickBooks online, no third party software needed. The integration can be done in one of two ways. manually through a plugin or by creating a form within QuickBooks online itself. Both methods will be explained below.

    Manually Through a Plugin. This method is the easiest way to integrate the two products together. All you have to do is install the “Forms for QuickBooks” plugin and create a form. That form will automatically sync with QuickBooks online and save the information directly into the selected account(s. in your QB company file. Adding more accounts is simple, just select “add new account” from the top right corner of the forms tab and add a new account. Go to the dashboard page of the QB company file you wish to add a form to and click on “forms” from the left-hand navigation bar. From there, click “create a new form” and fplow the instructions to create a new form. When you are finished, click “save & close” in the top right corner of the form builder and then go back to your dashboard in QB where you will see a new purple button labeled “quick add” with a big blue arrow pointing down. Click this button and you will be taken to the forms tab where you can add your newly created form to your dashboard page. If you want to add more forms, simply repeat these steps using the same company file.
