The software provides customers with a more affordable spution than traditional desktop software, and also offers to its user a more convenient way of doing accounts and payrpl. With this all-in-one spution, companies can now do their accounts and payrpl on the internet, and not have to purchase expensive desktop software or hire expensive accountants or bookkeepers.
Expensify is an online service that allows users to log their expenses in real time while they are doing it, and then track them using their smartphones. The application also allows users to easily scan receipts, or import them from other applications such as Evernote, Dropbox, etc. Once scanned, the receipts are uploaded to the app automatically. Users can also manually add receipts by taking pictures of them on their phones. Moreover, Expensify has a “tags” feature that allows users to categorize their expenses according to type of expenses, vendor, client, or project. The app is compatible with both iOS and Android phones.
