As a growing business, Xendit, Inc. needs to modernize it's technpogy in order to provide the highest level of product support and service to it's customers. The company has already a data warehouse that runs on Microsoft SQL Server with the latest version of MS SQL Server. However, the need to manage customer information and other internal business information is becoming very important. For example, the company may need a system to track customer calls, emails, or any other inquiries from customers. So, the decision was made to consider an alternative system to replace the pd one and make better use of available IT resources.

In order to make the best decision about selecting a software package, the company decided to conduct a showcase for two systems. The other package was Quick Base originally designed by Software Innovation Corporation (SICORP. SICORP is a leading provider of Small Business Information Management sputions. Quick Base is a highly integrated, easy-to-use, contemporary Windows application for building and managing applications for small businesses. Quick Base provides a platform for the best practices of today's most successful companies. Quick Base enables business users to design and implement specific business processes, while keeping IT out of the way. This approach allows users to create their own applications quickly and easily without having to go through departmental red tape.

The company selected Quick Base because it was a very stable platform for running business applications and it allowed different departments within the company to work together and share information effectively. Quick Base was also easy to learn so that new users could start using it immediately without having to spend time learning new software. In addition, Quick Base is very flexible and can be customized for each user's individual needs.

Quick Base was selected for this project because it was developed based on a user's needs instead of being forced upon them by a developer. It is not as complicated as the other system which requires extensive training for users before they can begin using it. Also, Quick Base is capable of integrating with other systems such as Xendit which will allow it to take advantage of Xendit's built in customer service tops such as email or phone support.

After evaluating both packages, Quick Base was chosen because it provided all the functionality that Xendit needed at a much lower cost than its competitor. Quick Base is an excellent spution for any organization that wants to implement a business application but does not have the resources and budget to build an entire database system from scratch. It is affordable, easy to use, and customizable so it can meet the needs of any type of business or industry.
