The integration between Quick Base and HubSpot CRM works in both directions. HubSpot CRM to Quick Base and Quick Base to HubSpot CRM. This integration allows you to create a feed from any aspect of HubSpot CRM such as contacts or leads and import it into Quick Base as a table or as a list. This provides the users with the ability to not only query the data but also manipulate it and import it back into the HubSpot CRM application.

Another option available for users is creating a feed from Quick Base and importing it into HubSpot CRM. This gives the user the ability to take advantage of the powerful features available within HubSpot CRM such as lead scoring and email marketing campaigns.

  • It’s easy . The integration is done by simply copying and pasting code snippets into HubSpot CRM or Quick Base depending on where you want to import your data from or export it to. For example if you wanted to create a feed from Quick Base into HubSpot CRM you would fplow these steps. first open a spreadsheet by going to “create a spreadsheet” fplowed by “create a feed from a spreadsheet” from there enter your URL from your Quick Base data source and click on “generate” from there copy the URL from the browser window and paste it into your URL field within HubSpot CRM as shown in Figure 3 . Now select “save” from the top right corner of the screen as shown in Figure 1 . Once your feed has been created you will be able to see it under “add content” as shown in figure 2 below. Under “create a new campaign” select “insert a feed” as shown in Figure 4 . After selecting insert a feed you will be able to see your feed under “add content” as shown in Figure 3 . Click on “insert” from there you will be able to see all of your fields/objects/queries from your feed as shown in Figure 5 . In this case we have imported our company name from our Quick Base application which you can see below in Table 1 . There are different ways to query the data but this tutorial will focus on retrieving data based on contact IDs. To do this go back to your campaign interface in HubSpot CRM and click on “edit” next to “content type” you will see an area with the name of your feed fplowed by an area called “query builder” which will look like Figure 6 . Enter your contact ID in the left side of the query builder box fplowed by an equal sign (=. fplowed by another field name separated by a comma (,. fplowed by another equal sign (=. fplowed by an operator separated by spaces for example if you wanted to find out when someone was last updated in Quick Base enter updated_date = updated_date then click on continue at this point you should see all of your fields/objects/queries in your feed as shown in Figure 7 . Make sure that you have selected “contact” in the dropdown menu before clicking on continue otherwise you will not be able to see your fields/objects/queries in your report if they are not associated with contacts. Figure 8 shows how our contacts are being displayed in our report after fplowing the above steps. Selecting different options within the “query builder” section allows us to get different results such as filtering by accounts end date etc… • It’s flexible . The integration between Quick Base and HubSpot CRM allows users to get different results depending on their needs including end dates of contacts or even reporting on contacts that aren’t associated with accounts. There are lots of ways to get different results depending on what information you want; for example if I wanted all of my contacts who weren’t associated with accounts I would filter my query by account name like so. where account_name like ‘%not%’ • It provides real time data . When connected together through its API integration HubSpot CRM has real time data coming directly from Quick Base meaning that you don’t have to worry about refreshing your data or manually updating things like contact birthdays or email addresses anytime they change within Quick Base because it will automatically update within HubSpot CRM whenever they change within Quick Base • It saves time . The integration saves both companies time because they don’t have to set up multiple applications just to get some basic functionality like reporting or storing customer information or any other custom functionality that can be done using Quick Base alone • It increases security .HubSpot CRM provides a secure environment for storing sensitive information because it encrypts data when transferring it from one service to another • It improves performance . This integration allows users to get information from one system without having to actually log into each one separately saving both companies time by eliminating duplicate data entry • It makes reporting easier . By integrating two systems together reporting becomes easier because all of the information is stored in one place making it easier for employees to access information quickly instead of having to look at multiple systems individually • It lowers costs .
