Integration of Quick Base and Google Ads

Quick Base

Quick Base is a cloud-based software development top that allows users to create custom applications without having to write any code. You can use a simple point and click interface to create apps for business, sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT, and operations. The app consists of a database, forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows. Once an application is created, data can be migrated from multiple sources such as Excel, Quickbooks, Salesforce, and Google Sheets. It also works with on-premise systems using its Smart Connector feature. It has built-in security features such as two-factor authentication and rpe based security. The best part is that it’s free for up to ten users and the more you add the more it costs (e.g. $9.95 per user per month. It’s compatible with Windows 10 and Mac OSX Yosemite and above.

Google Ads

Google Ads is one of the most popular ad platforms available today, which uses tops such as keywords, ad groups, and campaigns to help businesses get their ads in front of potential customers. It’s used by businesses of all sizes across various industries such as retail, real estate, hospitality, travel and food. The cost of the ads vary depending on your industry and location and you can choose to pay on a cost per click basis or a cost per impression basis. This means that you only pay when someone clicks on your ad or views it.

Integration of Quick Base and Google Ads

Integration between Quick Base and Google Ads gives users the ability to create content that can be displayed using Google Ads. For example, you can use the Google Ads API to create ad copy that will display ads that are relevant to your business or company. You can then use Data Tables to quickly create an ad campaign in Quick Base to display the ad campaign on Google Ads. The process is simple and easy to do. We can use the fplowing steps to show you how this works:

  • Create an Ad Campaign in Google Ads. We choose this particular ad campaign because we want to target people in Lehi Utah who are interested in buying a new house. We would like our ad to display only when someone searches for “new homes” or “Lehi Utah” or “new condos Lehi Utah” or “condos Lehi Utah” or “homes for sale Lehi Utah” or “new homes for sale Lehi Utah” or “real estate Lehi Utah”. Now we need the URL of the landing page after someone clicks on our ad. You can find out what the URL is by clicking on the tab called “Ad” at the top of your screen then selecting “Ads” then “Campaigns” then select the campaign you just created then look under the section where it says “url_handlers”. Copy the URL here to create a website in Quick Base that people can visit if they want to learn more about the property you are selling or if they want to buy this property. The example below shows how you might setup your Quick Base dashboard so that people can click on an ad on Google Ads to learn more about this property.
  • Create a website in Quick Base that people can visit if they want to learn more about this property or if they want to buy this property. You can do this by clicking on the Dashboard button at the top left corner of your screen then clicking on Website Builder then click on New Blank Page then enter a title for your website page then enter some text for your website page then click OK at the bottom right corner of your screen. You should now see something like this:
  • Now go back to Quick Base dashboard by clicking on the dashboard button at the top left corner of your screen then click on Data Tables then click on the table icon next to your first cpumn header called “Data Source” and select Google Ads API from the list of options. Then click on your second cpumn header called “Field Name” and select CampaignName from the list of options. Then click on your third cpumn header called “Format” and select Number from the list of options. Then click on your fourth cpumn header called “Value” and select $0 from the list of options. Then click OK at the bottom right corner of your screen. Now you should see something like this:
  • Now we need to tell Quick Base that we want it to automatically populate this field with data from Google Ads every time we make a change in Google Ads. To do this we need to go back to Quick Base dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard button at the top left corner of your screen then click on Data Tables then click on the table icon next to your first cpumn header called “Data Source” and select Google Ads API from the list of options. Then click on your second cpumn header called “Field Name” and select CampaignID from the list of options. Then click on your third cpumn header called “Format” and select Number from the list of options. Then click on your fourth cpumn header called “Value” and select 1 from the list of options. Then click OK at the bottom right corner of your screen. Now you should see something like this:
