Qlik Sense is an enterprise visual analytics platform for self-service business intelligence. It is part of the Qlik product family. It bridges the gap between the data and the analysis of it, so that business users can have their own insights. It allows non-technical, everyday users to explore large datasets without having to rely on IT departments. Qlik Sense blends both structured and unstructured data into a single view of information, allowing users to analyze large amounts of data quickly. It provides intuitive filters which allow users to easily slice and dice data. Users can visualize their data with charts, graphs, or maps. Using a pre-built library of content, users can also create new charts and graphs from scratch. Qlik Sense organizes all data in a single platform through its online repository, which allows users to share company data among different applications.

Paddle?

Paddle is a web-based social media platform, which allows users to connect with customers, partners and employees in one place. It is a cloud-based software service, which allows users to create a community from which they can share photos, videos, blogs and files. Users can also create events and organize them into groups. The groups will be visible to members of the group, even though they may not be registered in Paddle. In this way, Paddle creates a private social network for each group. Paddle also allows users to comment on photos and videos in any group, as well as create events and upload files to them. Users can create a profile, although this is optional. Profiles include a user’s name, picture, location and other contact information.

In my opinion, the integration of Qlik Sense and Paddle would be a great spution for businesses who want to give employees more freedom over their personal lives while still keeping an eye on what they are doing at work and outside of work. It would be important to implement the platform so that it does not affect the productivity of employees because it would be monitored by management who would have access to everything employees do on this platform. This integration could be used to help employees relax after long days at work and get invpved with their personal lives or just socialize with coworkers. Employees could benefit from this system because it would allow them to communicate with coworkers, outside of work hours. However, this system would come with many regulations and restrictions that would probably make it difficult for employees to use this system. For example, employers could prevent employees from using the system while at work and there could possibly be regulations set in place about what an employee could say while using this platform. These regulations could affect the way employees use the system and therefore affect their overall happiness and productivity level while working for that employer. One problem that I foresee with this system is that it may cause some tension between coworkers because there may be some jealousy towards other workers who seem to be doing more exciting things outside of work than others. Perhaps people may feel like they are missing out on something exciting if they are not invited to an event or they are left out of conversations happening in the office due to them being away from the office most of the time. This could cause some stress in the workplace if they decide to bring this up with their coworkers or boss who would then most likely tell them that they are unable to do anything about it unless that person invites them personally.
