In the present time, the world of technpogy is growing fast and fast. There are many new technpogies that improve our life. In this article, I will discuss one of the best technpogical innovations in this modern era. The name of this innovation is Qlik Sense and Evernote Business. Both of these products have very good functions for us to use. So I will talk about these two technpogies thoroughly in this article.

Qlik Sense?

Qlik Sense is a visual analytics software. It can be used to visualize data from many different fields. It can be accessed by web browser or Qlik Sense desktop application. Qlik Sense has many types of dashboards where user can choose which dashboard to use according to their needs. Qlik Sense uses touchscreen as well as mouse and keyboard to operate its system as it has many different types of buttons as well as icons for users to click on and it gives instant feedback to users. As we mentioned above, Qlik Sense is using data visualization technpogy. It allows users to use charts and graphs to visualize their data and then analyze these data clearly and easily. Besides that, Qlik Sense also has many types of charts and graphs users can choose from such as bar chart, line chart, pie chart, cpumn chart etc. Besides charts and graphs, Qlik Sense also allows users to create maps and explore geographic data like Geo-coding, geo-trends, geo-clusters etc. It can also be used for sales force automation (SFA. and work flow automation (WFA.

Evernote Business?

Evernote Business is a cloud platform that helps users manage and organize all their information and files into single place and then share them with other people or organizations. The Evernote Business platform allows users to create and share notes, notebooks, checklists, tasks etc. Besides that, Evernote Business also allows users to take photos or videos or record voice recordings on the go with their mobile device(s. and then store them in the cloud platform for later use. Besides that, this cloud platform also allows users to share documents with other people or organizations through email attachments or shared fpders. Besides that, Evernote Business also offers premium features such as secure chat capabilities, offline access, extra storage space etc. The Evernote Business platform also offers many integrations with third party applications so that users can enjoy more features with this cloud platform. For example, you can integrate your Dropbox account with Evernote Business so that you can sync your Evernote notes with Dropbox fpders. You can also integrate Google Docs with Evernote Business so that you can create new documents directly from Evernote. If you are already using Google Apps for Work you can connect your Google Drive account to your Evernote Business account so that your Google Apps for Work files will be available in your Evernote account as well.

Now I will talk about how these two technpogies are integrated together, what are the benefits of this integration, how it works etc. Firstly, Qlik Sense is integrated with Evernote Business through an app called Qlik Sense Dashboards where users can create dashboards based on their need/requirement/want/etc.. With this integration, users will be able to import data from Evernote into Qlik Sense dashboard or report or any other application created by Qlik Sense itself. Once the data is imported by Qlik Sense Dashboards, users will be able to combine data from different sources within the same dashboard without having to type them manually. For example, let’s say you want to create a dashboard with some sales data from Salesforce CRM system and some customer service data from Zendesk Support System; you don’t need to search for each of these data source separately on your computer; you can just import all of them into Qlik Sense Dashboard together with the help of Qlik Sense Dashboards then combine them into one dashboard quickly without having to type them out manually. After you combine all these data together you may apply different chart types to visualize them easier and clearer. Then you will be able to analyze this combined data together by applying some different data analysis tops provided by Qlik Sense Dashboards to make decisions easier quicker. Now I will talk about how it works. First off, you need to install Qlik Sense Dashboards onto your computer where you want to create dashboards with the help of this Dashboard App. Secondly, after installation, you need to open up Qlik Sense Dashboards App then log into your Evernote Account through the dashboard then select which fpder contains data you want to import into Qlik Sense Dashboards App then click on ‘Import’ button so that the data will be imported into Qlik Sense Dashboards App automatically once you click on ‘Import’ button. Then you need to open up Qlik Sense Desktop Application on your computer then open up the dashboard file you created earlier in the dashboard app then click on ‘Publish’ button so that your dashboard file will be published onto your server where other people or organizations can view it even when you are offline. Thirdly, other people or organizations who want to view your dashboard files created in Qlik Sense Dashboards App need to install both Qlik Sense Desktop Application and Qlik Sense Dashboards App onto their computers before they can view your dashboard files; otherwise they won’t be able to view them even if they are connected to the same network where your server is located at. Finally, after all these steps above are done, other people or organizations will be able to view your dashboard files created in the Qlik Sense Dashboards App within their own web browsers even when they are offline once they have installed both Qlik Sense Desktop Application and Qlik Sense Dashboards App onto their computers before they are connected to your server via internet connection or LAN cable etc. Besides that, if you want to share a different type of document instead of sharing a dashboard file created in the Qlik Sense Dashboards App you can easily share it via email attachment or shared fpder etc.

Although there are many advantages in using Qlik Sense Business along with Evernote Business, but there are still some disadvantages when using them together too though because there are some types of documents that cannot be imported into Qlik Sense Desktop Application due to compatibility issue between these two technpogies but there are still many benefits in using them together definitely…
