Zoho Sheet is a spreadsheet top that comes with some interesting features. The primary purpose of Zoho Sheet is to create and edit spreadsheets online. It offers the fplowing impressive features:
ProfitWell and Zoho Sheet can be integrated with each other to provide more insights into your business growth. Let’s see how this integration can be done:
Step 1. Go to Zoho Sheet and login with your email address and password. To begin with, create a new spreadsheet by clicking on “Create a New Spreadsheet” button on the top left corner. Next, click on “Add New Row” button to add new records to your spreadsheet. Now enter the fplowing information in each field. “Name”, “Amount”, “Revenue”, “Expenses”, “Profit/Loss”. While entering information, remember that you have to use the dplar sign ($. before the word “amount” so that it becomes “amount$” in the cell. Also, don’t forget to press enter after entering each row of information so that the information gets entered into a new line in the same cell. Save your spreadsheet by clicking on “Save” button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Click on “Save” button again and select “Save as type” as “CSV (Comma Separated Values)”. Save it in a location where you can easily access it later on.
Now go to ProfitWell dashboard and login with your email address and password. In the top right corner of the screen, click on “Reports” option to open the drop-down menu and then select “Integrations” option from it. Now click on “Connect” button under Zoho Sheet option to open a pop-up window where you will have to enter three pieces of information. Client ID, Client Secret and Application ID. The client ID and client secret are provided by Zoho Sheet while the application ID is provided by ProfitWell. After entering these details click on “Connect” button to finish connecting ProfitWell with Zoho Sheet. You will now see two options – “Add Revenue” and “Export Data”. Select “Add Revenue” option and then connect ProfitWell with Zoho Sheet by providing service name and service description as mentioned below. Service Name . Enter any name that will help you identify this integration later on for example Zoho Sheet Integration or ProfitWell Zoho Sheet Integration Service Description . Enter any short description about this integration for example This integration connects ProfitWell with Zoho Sheet Now you will see two options – “Track Revenue From Zoho Sheet” and “View Analytics Data in ProfitWell”. Click on “Track Revenue From Zoho Sheet” option first to continue with this integration process by selecting “All Time” option from drop-down menu under “Period Type” section. You will now see two options – “Zoho Sheet CSV File URL” and “Zoho Sheet API Key ID”. Now go back to your browser window where your Zoho sheet is opened and copy its URL address from the address bar. Then paste this link directly below “Zoho Sheet CSV File URL” option in ProfitWell dashboard. Finally, click on save button at the bottom right corner of the screen. Now go back to your browser window where your Zoho sheet is opened. Copy its API key value from cell B3 (see screenshot below. Then paste this value directly below “Zoho Sheet API Key ID” option in ProfitWell dashboard and click on save button at the bottom right corner of the screen again. Now click on “View Analytics Data in ProfitWell” option from drop-down menu under “Analytics Report” section to view your revenues graph in ProfitWell dashboard (see screenshots below.
