Now we will tell you how to connect ProfitWell with Email By Connect using Autotask and HubSpot.
Autotask is a workflow management top which helps you to manage your customers effectively by automating different tasks such as creating tickets, creating cases, sending emails, etc. For integration, first you have to install the Autotask connector in your ProfitWell account. Then fplow the steps below:
Go to the settings page of ProfitWell Go to “Integrations” tab Click on “Connectors” tab Click on “Install Autotask” Copy your Autotask API key from Autotask URL Paste your API key in Autotask URL field Enter the email address associated with your Autotask account Click on “Install” button Click on “Launch” button once it appears under “Installed Connectors” tab Go to Settings > Integrations > AutoTask > AutoTask Settings Set your desired trigger event such as “New Campaign Start” or “Unsubscribe” Click on Save Changes button after making changes Click on “Test Connection” button next to last action which says “Test Connection Successful” Click on Save Changes button under AutoTask Settings section Once all steps are completed, you will be able to view AutoTask activity within ProfitWell reports Click on Reports tab from ProfitWell dashboard Click on “Activity” menu Select “AutoTask” report from drop-down menu You will see statistics about your campaigns including total sent emails, opened emails, unsubscribes, and clicks Click on any statistic from report to see detailed information about that campaign
HubSpot is a marketing automation platform which allows you to do different tasks such as create landing pages, track your website traffic, create blogs, send emails, etc. For integration between ProfitWell and HubSpot, you have to install a connector in HubSpot and ProfitWell accounts. Then fplow the steps below:
Go to Settings page in HubSpot Click on Integrations tab Click on Install button for ProfitWell connector Click on Connect Now button Copy the generated API key from ProfitWell URL Enter the API key in ProfitWell URL field and click on Install Copy the generated API key from HubSpot URL Enter the API key in HubSpot URL field and click on Install Once installation is complete, test the connection by clicking on Test Connection button Check the success message shown in ProfitWell URL field If test connection succeeds, click on Save Changes button under Integrations tab If test connection fails, contact our support team for further assistance After saving changes, go back to Integrations Settings page in HubSpot Go to All Settings > Business Data > Adapters > Profit Well In Profit Well settings page, enter your Profitwell email address along with its password Check if you have entered the correct details If not, contact our support team for further assistance Go back to Integrations settings page in HubSpot Install connector in Email By Connect Add a new contact in HubSpot using the email address which you used earlier for Profit Well integration Check if you received an email from HubSpot using that email address If everything works fine, then you will receive an email from EBC too confirming that they have installed the connector for Profit Well Update Profitwell API key from EBC settings page After updating API key, save changes and check if everything works fine If everything works fine, then you have successfully integrated EBC with Profit Well Go back to Hubspot Contact Manager Click on Add New Contact option Enter your email address along with its password Choose the appropriate rpe for this contact and click on Create Account button For example. Customer Fplow Up Manager Finalize your contact information by filling out required fields Add the rest of the information such as phone number, address, website URL, etc Save changes Click on New Contact option Now you should be able to view Customer Fplow Up Manager contact in Contact manager list Go back to Hubspot Marketing dashboard Select Send section from left menu Click on Email From Select Customer Fplow Up Manager contact from contact manager list Add recipient addresses and compose a template subject line along with body text content Select Send Now from drop-down menu This will send an email template from Customer Fplow Up Manager contact You can repeat this process multiple times until you find the right subject line which converts well for you Add new contacts every day in HubSpot Marketing Dashboard so that you can send emails from different contacts and check which one converts well You can also add contacts inside EBC to get more ideas about what should be included in subject line and body text of your email campaigns For example. customer support manager or customer service manager Once you have found good subjects lines and body text contents for your campaigns, add them in Profit Well campaigns so that they are executed automatically across different channels As soon as you add the campaign template into Profit Well workflow, EBC will also send emails using that subject line automatically
