  • Pipedrive is a sales management software. The tops provided by this top are meant to help small and medium sized businesses manage their sales, make sales and marketing plans, keep track of leads and contacts and more. The company was founded in 2009 in Estonia and currently has 1100 employees all over the world. Their headquarters is located in Tallinn, Estonia. This top offers software with features that help companies with the sales pipeline like CRM, quoting, tracking and other features.

  • Monkey Learn is an artificial intelligence top for text analysis, data extraction and machine learning. It enables users to add natural language processing capabilities to their applications without coding or having to rely on third-party services. Currently, it can do sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, negative), detect text language (English, Spanish, French etc.), extract data from text (phone number, e-mail addresses etc.), classify images and detect faces in them etc. It’s a very powerful top for data analysis. This is one of the main reasons why I chose to use it today for my own company Pipedrive . Since I have a lot of text in my CRM database, I thought that doing some text analysis would be useful. I was looking for a free top to do that so that I wouldn’t spend any money on it and found Monkey Learn. They have a free plan which allows you to analyze up to 1 million characters per month which is enough for my small business.

  • Integration of Pipedrive and Monkey Learn
  • Integration between these two tops is quite easy and straightforward. After logging into your Pipedrive account, you should go to Settings/Integrations where you can find the Monkey Learn option. After clicking on the “Connect” button, you should fill out the form that will appear. You will need your API Key from your Monkey Learn account which you get after signing up for the free plan. After filling out the form, you will need to click on the “Verify” button which will take you to another form. Here you will need to verify your email address since this is what will be used as an API key for Monkey Learn integration. After verifying it, you are done! You can now use the integration between these two tops.

  • Benefits of Integration of Pipedrive and Monkey Learn
  • The main benefit of integrating these two tops is that you can make use of the natural language processing capabilities of Monkey Learn in your Pipedrive CRM system. This means that you can do some text analysis which will allow you to see human readable insights about your contacts and leads which will be much easier to understand than raw data. Also, if you want to use this integration for lead generation purposes then this will be very useful as well since you can scan your database for people who have been inactive for a long time or who have poor communication with your sales team etc. This will help you generate leads so you don’t waste time with people who aren’t interested in your product or service. Other benefits include extracting data such as phone numbers or emails from text entries which can then be used for sending mass email campaigns or calls to action with personalized messages. Another great feature about this integration is the classification of images as it can be used for automating tasks such as tagging a certain contact by adding his/her photo next to it in your CRM database. Data extraction can also be used here if someone has written an email but didn’t attach any information about the image he/she sent along with it. All of these features can really help sales teams manage their pipeline better and improve their sales performance which is exactly what they need to do in today’s economy!

    Overall, I think that integration between these two tops is very useful for businesses that want to optimize their sales performance by analyzing their customers’ behavior with natural language processing capabilities. By using this integration, sales teams won’t have to spend their time on tedious tasks such as data extraction or lead generation since they can automate those using this integration. Also, by analyzing their contacts and leads they can find out more about them which will help them get better results in terms of sales performance!
