In order to integrate Pipedrive with Mailgun, users will need to first go to Pipedrive’s API explorer and create an API key. Once the API key has been created, users will need to enable Mailgun under their API keys and then enter their API key and API secret. Then, users will need to enter their domain name and select the “Enable API” button. After fplowing these steps, users can then create a new list in Pipedrive and then enter the list name, list description, list format (either HTML or plain text), and then click on the “Create List” button at the bottom of the page. After creating the list, users will see a screen that asks them what action they want their API call to perform. Under Action, users will need to select “Send Message” and then select “Message Options” and give the message subject line and body content. Then, users can enter their API key and API secret and select “Customize” under Action Type. Finally, users will need to enter all of their contact information for Mailgun. When finished, click on “Save Changes” at the top right corner of the page and then select “Create Action” at the bottom of the page. After selecting “Create Action”, users will be able to create a campaign that uses this action. Users will then be able to add members to their campaign, trigger times for when messages are sent out, configure their messages, schedule messages, etc. When finished creating this campaign, users can save changes by clicking on “Save Changes” at the top right corner of the page.
